乾淨衞生，設備齊全，設施完善，現代風格裝修很適合我的需求。強烈説明，老闆服務熱情，有問備答，且解釋詳細易懂。附近各式餐飲食市豐富。離長隆園區很近，公交2個站，打車也方便。值得推薦！

這次珠海之行體驗非常好，帶上父母、老婆孩子一行5人，玩了心儀已久的長隆海洋世界，看了珠海長隆秀。出行前特別定了這家公寓，主要看了好評很多。公寓離長隆幾分鐘車程，過一個隧道就到了，很方便。在這裏住了兩天，定了兩間房，樓上、樓下，小孩子可以串門，挺喜歡的。老闆和老闆娘特別熱情，主動介紹攻略，還幫忙提行李上樓。公寓在深井村步行街上，就在村頭，停好車，步行100米就到了。房間不大，但是很乾凈、整潔，温馨家庭的感覺。
①出行：100分。過個隧道就到了長隆，可以乘公交或者打車。去長隆推薦坐公交，十幾分鍾，很便宜。打車一口價，不趕時間或者不帶行李，真沒必要。
②環境：在步行街裏面，樓下就是美食一條街，吃飯特別方便，門口幾家大排檔，特別是橫琴大生蠔、蝦蟹粥，都很美味。晚上逛逛街，從寸頭踱步到村尾，呼吸海邊的新鮮空氣，很清爽。村頭還有一個籃球場，可以放煙花，周邊星羅棋佈的大排檔，星光熠熠，一片煙火氣。
③費用：住宿價格很地道，一分錢一分貨，點贊。周邊吃飯價格能夠接受，大眾消費。住宿和吃飯比景區裏面實惠多了。
④體驗：住酒店，晚上和老闆聊天到12點半，老闆提供了免費的堅果和茶水，大家一起抽煙一起聊天。老闆很健談，以前在企業做高管的，對於環境、衞生、品質都親自抓，一絲不苟，必須給100分！下回來橫琴再住他這裏。

整體的體驗感還是挺不錯的，一次主動點評的住宿。
詳細的做一次點評，僅供大家參考：
1、交通：公交Z55一個站到長隆海洋王國，不願意等公交的寶寶，可以打滴滴十幾塊5分鐘以內到達。還，比較方便的。
2、餐飲：一進村口感覺是一條吃街，各種餐飲選擇比較多，吃飯比較方便。景區周邊消費吃東西相對而言不算太便宜，但比起景區內還是算低的。我們晩餐選擇的團購，還算合理。
3、周邊環境：村子的外觀都是整體風格，民宅改造，最大的遺憾大部分是沒有電梯的。但是老闆的熱心與貼心，彌補了這個缺陷，我們的行李大，安排了低樓層，還幫我們拿了上去。
4、室內衞生：這個是我們住外面酒店最看重的一個問題，房間不大，但是每個角落都挺乾淨。
5、設施：滿足基本需求，特別喜歡那個時尚舒適的椅子，準備回去也買一個放屋裡。
6、人情味：酒店與民宿最大的區別就是“人情味”，老闆娘是四川老鄉，還邀請我品嚐了她的川味，特別的親切。“一片雲間不相識，三千裡外卻逢君。”

停車方便，公寓出門就有便利店、早餐店、還有大排擋等吃的，真是太棒了。房間也挺乾淨整潔，就是晚上睡覺的時候樓下食客的聲音會有點影響，不過對玩累了的我們來説分分鐘能睡着。

房間很大很乾凈，隔音也不錯，老闆周到熱情，門口就能吃早點，村子裏很多吃飯的地方，味道都不錯，便利店葯店都有，村口Z55，兩站公交就到長隆，非常方便。
