滿意！滿意！滿意！
位置非常的好，出門就是大排檔，但是我強推老闆娘自己燒的，我們大排檔和民宿燒的都吃了，對比下，絕對老闆娘燒的性價比高對了，好吃，分量足。
房間衞生都不錯的，下次有機會來團建。

衞生可以，衞生可以，空調，熱水有待提高，空調一夜不怎麼熱，熱水需要放五分鐘，不過要求不高的話總體還算一般。視頻就免了謝謝，僅此一晚而已

一樓的門面很小，但房間很乾凈，老闆娘也很熱情，隔壁的超市也是他們家的，買東西很方便。吃東西就更棒了，就在大排檔一條街上，很熱鬧。

五一和朋友去舟山玩，提前兩週訂的民宿。但還是遭受了旺季漲價風波。不過還好，這個民宿在夜市一條街，算是朱家尖比較繁華的街區了。附近交通便利，購物方便，吃飯選擇多樣。民宿是自家房子改造的，所以可能比一般的酒店空間小。但裝修風格還挺温馨的。房間也乾淨整潔，該有的設備都不少！總體感覺不錯！

怎麼説呢，優點就是附近吃的多，離朱家尖碼頭也比較近，不用擔心打不倒滴滴，問老闆附近有什麼好的推薦吃的，老闆也好像不清楚…

民宿在海鮮一條街，吃飯很方便，老闆準備了一次性浴巾，乾淨衞生！房間隔音效果好，雖然靠街邊4樓，但一點馬路的噪音都沒有，隔壁就是老闆的超市，買東西也方便，推薦！！！

房間很好，正如其他人評價的那樣，樓下就是海鮮排擋一條街，超市各種都齊全，離觀音法界比較近（我沒去），離東沙南沙稍微有點遠，還有隔音效果不是非常好，其他都不錯。

房間很乾凈，住宿位置非常方便，距離各個景點都近，樓下就是各種海鮮大排檔，吃飯非常方便，老闆娘人比較和善，會給推薦怎麼遊玩，總之，是一家性價比很高的店。
