環境：真海景房，在房間裏就能看到海灘，有個小陽台在外面，吹吹海風，看看夕陽，很舒適，而且樓下就是各種海鮮大排檔，不愁吃喝，距離南沙走路不到五分鐘，超級方便哦！
衞生：很整潔，很乾凈，房間色系搭配的也不錯👍
設施：隔音還不錯，關上陽台門，樓下聲音就聽不到了，很ok。
服務：這個必須得説説，我們一家過來的，老闆很熱情的來碼頭接送，給我們講解當地的好玩的好吃的，還帶我們去了海鮮市場挑選食材，帶回來幫我們烹飪，食物絕對新鮮，而且老闆手藝是真的好，每天都吃撐，性價比還極高，強烈推薦在老闆家吃！很強烈推薦！！！
總體感覺就像在家一樣舒適自在，之後再來也肯定是住這裏了，太太太舒適了，給老闆點個大大的贊👍

房間非常乾淨，就在南沙入口的馬路旁邊，走到南沙非常非常近～海景很美，主要晚上在陽台上，還能C位看到沙灘的煙花！（好像週六才有）小朋友開心壞了～
定了兩間房間，因為有長者，老闆給安排在了三樓的兩個隔壁的房間，很貼心～老闆娘東北人，人很好，很能幹，我們帶了超級多行李，老闆娘幫我們一起搬上樓的😂
用房卡買南沙VIP門票可以省20元，3天無限次進出100元/人
缺點是隔音一般，早上八點多可以聽到外面樓梯上小朋友跑跳吵鬧的聲音，不過這種民房估計都會有這個問題。
老闆家可以提前定海鮮，幫忙製作。我們因為吃飯時間不確定就沒定。但是走到金海灣海鮮排擋也不遠，金海灣真的很好吃，海鮮真的超級新鮮，我們三天吃了三頓，我第一次知道帶魚的肉原來是入口即化的！
感受很好，如果再來還會選擇住這裏。
