Zhoushan Junlan Hotel

It was surprisingly a great stay and much better than expected. The room was very nice and we had a beautiful view. The lady who helped us check in was also very nice (sorry, I forgot her name). We will return to this hotel during our next visit in Zhoushan.

The Pullman hotel staff was impressive before we arrived as they called to check on us and whether we would come or not. They were also flexible during this time. The staff was exceptional from the very minute we arrived. We arrived during the July typhoon and although they had barricaded their doors, one staff member was outside and spotted us and quickly alerted the security and assisted us with our luggage. The welcome and check-in: The front desk staff was very pleasant and prompt. They even.provided us with an upgrade for free. They clearly explained any information needed and could easily be asked for assistance to find places and services, and what they are not sure of off the top of their heads, they made checks to confirm the information to give you. The other staff members would greet us (especially my travel partner) with fist bumps(which my partner initiated ) every time we exited or entered the building. They literally made me smile with each interaction. When we notified a kitchen staff about an action from another guest that was unsanitary, the matter was quickly escalated to the manager who had the whole set of food replaced and provided an apology and accepted our recommendation. The Pullman hotel takes great pride in excellent customer service from what I have experienced and I completely appreciate that. The breakfast: The breakfast was pretty good. There are sufficient western option and the kitchen staff even accommodated us to make omelettes which were not on their breakfast menu. The facilities: The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom products smelled great!. The closet came equipped with an iron and an ironing board so you can do it yourself. The view from our room provided city, mountain and sea view. The hotel has a swimming pool( I just wished it opened until about 9p.m. instead), billiards, a restaurant (but we did not have any meals from there), and it is conveniently located across from the sea, so you could stroll along, and it's beside a small garden. It's conveniently located so you can access other restaurants, the main area of the town and a book & coffee shop all within minutes of walking. And the airport is less than 20minutes away. And it's so cool that they have a little robot friend to take your take items from the front desk to you. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by another day. It was perfect and a great recommendation for a memorable vacation. I would stay here again. 💖 😊

Had a lovely time at the Pullman. Booked the executive Queen room with Seaview. It is a very spacious room. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Meal options include both western and Chinese. Would definitely return and recommend Pullman hotel, Zhoushan.

An improvised weekend break near the sea. Excellent welcome and complimentary gifts with free onsite parking and fabulous seafront views as the name suggests.

Very nice, new and clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool and great location besides the sea, night sea food market and a bar street. The nearest beach is 13.5 km away. The hotel doesn't have any territory to walk but there is a huge embankment right in front of it.
