It was my first time to stay in this hotel. When I booked a room, I was worried because I saw that the hotel was older and had been renovated in 2012, which was 12 years ago. But my friend asked for a cheaper price, so I decided to do it. I chose this hotel so I rented 3 rooms of different room types. I booked a suite by myself. I really didn't expect it. When I saw the room, I felt it was very neat and spacious. I liked their bathtub the most. It was a bit of a surprise. The staff service was great and the view was great. I will come back next time.

Although the price is a bit expensive ~ but overall it is really good! First of all, the location is excellent. Lihe Plaza is nearby. There are several convenience stores downstairs, as well as a billiards room, an Internet cafe, and a Korean barbecue that looks very good! The hotel is newly renovated, mainly in a nostalgic style, simple and beautiful! The room was very clean and well-equipped. The only thing about it was that the towels were new and very lint-free. Service staff 07 and the lobby managers are very enthusiastic and attentive. There is also a robot to deliver food!

The non-smoking high floor Deluxe Room is good. The view from the room to outside is also good. However, the fitness room is closed which is different from what was mentioned as the only facility provided by this hotel. The buffer breakfast as included in the room package is bad. The food is not hot enough and the taste is poor. Hence suggest not to buy breakfast in the package.

Back at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document...
She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy?????
However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

Very nice place, a very quiet small village with a unique homestay. When you are free, you can go to the village to take a walk, see the old tower, and cross every alley, you can temporarily forget the troubles and hustle and bustle of the city. The unique design of the inn is also good, especially the newly added small place to drink tea, it feels very good, here you can read books, play with computers, drink tea, don't have a flavor.

I have a good experience every time. The front desk staff are very nice. They remember that I need cotton swabs and ask if I want them. I think it is very considerate. It would be nice if the restaurant could have more food choices.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge was warmly received and the front desk service Ken liang was thoughtful and subtle. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, quiet and undisturbed. All the facilities, all the details, all the little drinks. The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and responsive. Whether it is for business or leisure travel, it is highly recommended!

特特莱沃勒儿·港The 65 square meter sized Executive room ( double beds or one king bed ) is of good value (1100+ hkd / night) and worth booking. Higher floor room with the view of Zhong Shan city.
The room comes with a separate morning buffet on the 51/F, which is more delicate and much less crowded ( imagine only a few tables occupied) than the 3/F one, with nice city view while having breakfast, too. The 51/F 6:30pm-8:30pm executive lounge happy hour is also attached with a simpler buffet and drinks. Very happy with this exclusive access to have more privacy and avoid the crowd.
The location is convenient and we had Hunan spicy food, fish pot etc etc in the mall nearby. I like the Xiang La La (Hunan cuisine.) stir fried spicy beef with unlimited fragrant rice the most!

GGuest UserWhen you first enter the lobby, you will be greeted by a light, fragrant, Lavande unique taste. The front desk greeted me warmly and offered scented tea and hot towels. After checking in, he asked me if I needed help with my luggage. The service was very attentive. The hardware facilities are very good and the carpet is very clean. I will come again next time.

It is recommended to install a clothes drying rack in the shower room. There is no need for white hand towels on the sink. It is recommended to cancel it. The simpler, the better!

Rooms are spacios & clean, outdoor swimming pool is big enough n looks clean too. The slightly minus point is the gym room has no air-condition and I couldn't find any staff around to help...
Front desk staff were v helpful too, and get back to me efficiently when I informed them that we forgot our mobile phone after we left!!!

OOtautahianNOTE FOR NON-CHINESE: I was able to stay here in the end, but the process was complicated. At check in, guests should scan a QR code and fill in a form that completes the registration process with the local police station. As at December 2023, there was no field for non-Chinese ID. The check in staff told me it wouldn't be a problem, but an hour later I got a phone call from the police telling me registration wasn't complete. Finally, the check in staff and police had to talk twice on the phone, and the police eventually completed the process on their end. I am still not sure whether this was simply an issie with my registration, or if all non-Chinese guests would face the same situation.
The hotel itself is basic but fine: quiet, next to a pretty riverside, about a ten-minute walk from the main pedestrian street.

The first impression while i got to the lobby i was a bit disappointed and afraid that it might not as good as its picture. Because the lobby is quite old and smelly (cigarette)
But when i got into the room, it is very nice. I bet they just renovated the room.
Oh and another plus point is, they have a washing and dryer machine that we can use for free! Staff is also helpful.. housekeeper was friendly.
Overall I recommend this hotel! Location also very strategic. It has many supermarket and near to the night market and shops.
We can get around by pedicab! Which is easier and cheap! I recommend you to pay auntie pedicab to take you tour around the city zhongshan..

AAnonymous UserStayed at the Cinema Themed Room and it came with a Hi Def Projector and some 3D specs (which was useless). However you do get SVIP on few China streaming platforms.
~Room is big and spacious but a bit old. Do note also that u will need to pay for bottled water which was a bit strange.
~Stayed at the smoking floor, which would be a no-no for non smokers. Note to management: Just equip the smoking rooms with air fresheners or air cleaners
~Location is excellent as you get access to the Central Power Mall (1 min walk) and a host of F&B and retail shops all within short walking distances.
~There's a KTV just next to the Hotel which tends to be a bit loud til midnight. A no-no for light sleepers
~Despite some flaws, I would actually recommend this hotel as it's not expensive and especially it's great location.

HHappy Forest 2046The location is very convenient. You can find a lot of food and drinks downstairs. Parking is also convenient. However, the water supply when taking a shower is not enough! The feeling is also great! No stale feel! Not bad! Breakfast is served at Xingbaoxuan opposite, which is very rich. I recommend you consider it!
