Back at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document... She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy????? However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

Transportation: close to Zhongshan North Station, more convenient; Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, there is a laundry room, a hanging ironing machine; Service: warm and courteous front desk staff Hygienic: The sanitary condition is good, the bedding is relatively new and comfortable; Breakfast: There are more than ten varieties, soy milk is not very good, other freshly made buns, steamed meat dumplings, fried noodles, vegetables taste great. Disadvantages: Room cleaning aunt speaks too loudly in the corridor and needs improvement.

As soon as I entered the room, the stylish and simple decoration style made my eyes shine, and the details showed the quality. The rooms are spacious and bright, warm and comfortable, and every piece of furniture and decoration is just right. The bed was soft like a cloud, so I could dream every night. The apartment facilities are also very complete, and they are all brand new, super easy to use. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the water temperature in the shower is just right. The service here is also very intimate, the staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and makes people feel particularly warm. The location is also very good, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the travel is convenient, whether it is shopping or playing is very convenient. In short, the stay experience in the selected apartment in Zhongshan Poly Virgin Port is great, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The building and apartment is new and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom floor wasn't clean ( shoe marks, loose dirt, a few hairs) and this hotel does not provide a floor towel/ bath mat. The shower seems to lack space for the soap and shampoo dispensers. I appreciated the washing machine and drying rack on the balcony. There were multiple long hairs folded up in all the towels except one. How does that even happen? One bath towel actually had about 10 long hairs stuck on it. Despite the issues, the room and facilities were great value and I would stay again, hopefully next time the towels could be professionally washed and sealed.
