聽句勸家人們，太抽象了這酒店！！！有圖有真相，句句大實話！住了這麼多酒店，豪華的實惠的都住過，還是第一次住到這麼抽象的。來中山主要是為了吃乳鴿，入住時在中午，12點辦理的入住，手續辦的很快，看起來“貌似”有足夠的空房間，裝橫也看起來很有民國的氛圍感。 但是！！！！！⚠️電梯也有是民國留到現在的感覺！！！！電梯有異響不説，關門要重複按多次才能關上！ ⚠️酒店宣傳的智能馬桶，確實挺智能的，甚至感覺有跟裝修年代契合的靈魂在幫我沖水，可能是咱們的老祖宗沒見過智能馬桶想替酒店宣傳宣傳吧！每隔一段時間就會沖一次，半夜沒人上廁所的情況下也會，讓我夢中驚醒了好幾次。 其次！⚠️免費停車確實是免費停車，但是地下停車場經常沒位置還是和隔壁棋牌室共用的，也沒有標識寫明！節假日開車來的家人請慎重❕ 然後！回到正題！⚠️中午因為不想去排隊點的外賣吃的，吃完還叫了清潔阿姨打掃衞生！但是❕⚠️晚上回來的時候，居然發現衞生間裏的洗衣機有別人沒洗完的一整套衣服，包括內褲襪子！！！！！！包括內褲！和！襪子！ 為什麼我知道沒洗完呢，因為洗衣機的水還沒排出去！那內褲就那麼突兀的漂在最上面…然後我就下去和前台投訴，“對不起”、“不好意思”“國慶太忙了”三句話輪流重複説，確實是説的挺流暢的，跟我在單曲循環一樣，也跟旁邊人説讓人去清理，但是個人感覺不到一點誠懇的態度和歉意，很明顯的在敷衍我。 🆗！最重點的來了！五點投訴完，出去吃飯散步十點半回來，選擇的直接換房，去到原本的房間，一看，把哥們氣笑了😅洗衣機還有五分鐘洗完，衹能説6。原來這就是酒店方口中的“清理”“趕緊把衣服拿出來”，有圖有真相，配圖為晚上十一點去原房間看見的還在裏面脱水的衣服。別説是我的衣服丟進去洗然後潑臟水，首先，我沒這麼醜的內褲⚠️（我尋思了一下，這衣服可能就是酒店工作人員的吧，不然怎麼還在洗呢哈哈。原來我們花四五百定的房間裏面的洗衣機是你們酒店工作人員的私人洗衣機是吧，甚至都入住了衣服都在裏面，還用來洗內褲襪子😅是不是半夜你還要敲門讓我開門給你拿衣服出去晾曬呢！） 再者，前台道歉時説的“給您送個果盤作為精神補償”，我換房之後什麼都沒看到，這個精神補償真的是精神層面的想象出來的呢。甚至我換房之後給了我兩張同樣的房卡加上房間裏插着的一張卡，三張同一房間的房卡全是新換的房間的，那請問我換房前的行李怎麼辦呢？以至於我上去了之後還得自己下去拿原來房間的房卡！ ⚠️酒店前台服務客人，首先的是服務態度是吧，但我在貴店的前台身上，我並沒有看到該有的態度，誠然國慶假期忙碌接待讓人疲憊，但是！我在貴店的工作人員上，感受到了明顯的輕蔑與嘲笑！ ⚠️先是我詢問可不可以送房卡上來遭到拒絕，語氣中帶着兩分嘲笑、三分譏諷與五分不屑。先不論本來就是你們清掃衞生有很大的漏洞導致我們不得不換房，再者送張房卡這麼簡單的事情都不願意做，寧願杵在前台扮演一位“盡職”的員工。 ⚠️再是我次日早上無意中聽到前台與一位父親爭辯早餐簡陋且衹能吃酒店提供的三兩蒸包子，前台突然冒出的一句“我們提供了但你可以不吃啊”，其中的譏諷語氣直接導致對面父親直接啞火。別人也是花錢定的帶早餐的房間，其本意也是想在與家人出遊前能吃上一頓舒心的早餐。前台這話一出彷彿別人花多一點錢定帶早餐的房間是天經地義一樣，好像在意指每個住貴店的客人都得多花那錢一樣，那這與**又有何區別呢！ 話語至此，貴店服務與管理令人寒心，在孫中山先生以及出了無數中華歷史名人的人傑地靈的中山市竟然會做到如此之差！特別是貴店在離孫中山紀念堂還如此之近的位置，簡直是在給中山市的良好形象抹黑！！令人氣憤！

本次粵西行返程途中臨時起意來中山，高速上定的酒店，居然是此行最佳。性價比高，設備新，服務好，房間乾淨清爽。最可怕的是早餐還很好吃，也不懂中山是不是人均大廚，早餐的炒飯炒米粉都是餐廳出品的水準，驚喜+1+1！下次帶爸媽來中山打算繼續定這裏嘿嘿
