This was truly a 5-star hotel in every way. We were shocked how nice the room was. We chose the one with the huge movie screen which was lots of fun. Amazing pool and gym. Breakfast was great. We will always stay here in that same room type when we return to Zhenjiang.

I have stayed in this hotel on every trip to Zhenjiang for the past 8 years. The hotel is always clean and daily breakfast is good. I always ask to stay in the building that has the breakfast room as this motel has another building about 100m away. Some rooms do smell of smoke, but in this one instance I have asked to be changed to another room, and the gladly assisted.

第一次入住明都大酒店，房間乾淨明亮沒有異味，並且還送了水果牛奶飲料等，大門口的保安叔叔丁*裕也是超級負責，幫忙拿行李給車子批上遮陽擋。晚上保安師傅們還要檢查入住車輛是否上鎖，第二天用車的時候發現車子已經洗過了超級乾淨，打聽了一下知道是保安師傅孫強幫忙清洗的，真的很感謝！以後經常會來鎮江，來鎮江就首選明都大酒店啦！

你所能見到的工作人員都會和你微笑打招呼 很貼心的送了水果 早上的自助餐也是非常豐盛拉滿！！
以及保安叔叔還很貼心給我洗了車 從未有過！！！！！！

這次帶孩子到鎮江玩，入住了名都大飯店，飯店環境不錯，入住還贈送了水果，牛奶和小零食，床很軟，很舒服，第二天早餐也很豐盛，鍋蓋麪也是當地特色，最令人想不到的，保安師傅陸青豐，潘育明師傅，還把車子給洗了，甚是貼心，下次來了繼續入住這家！

好的方面
1，工作人員培訓良好，每一個見面的工作人員都主動打招呼和點頭微笑，包括前台、服務員、維修工。
2，提供設施良好的游泳館，一大亮點。
3，早餐品質豐富，特別是本地特色的麪，有多種的加料可選。
4，停車免費，不是酒店頁面説的付費停車，這個頁面內容要及時修改。
5，房間贈飲的除了兩瓶瓶裝水之外，還送了一個大瓶的水，這個很好。送的水果品質良好。
不足之處
1，房間是壁掛空調，出風忽大忽小，很嚴重，猜測是風機有故障了，使用時感覺很不舒服。
2，花灑嚴重淤塞，導致出水又急又細，體感極差，需要更換。
總之，人員服務態度良好，部分設備保養不善，望及時改進。
