體驗特別好的一家酒店，環境好，衞生好，冰箱裏麪的飲料都是免費的，早餐裏面還有蝦餃，口感非常棒，小朋友非常喜歡吃，每次都要住喜鵲，吃蝦餃，還有就是我最喜歡的每個樓層的畫，氛圍真的很有意境，設計感真的不錯。

我覺得這家店早晚關門。我以後就算住澡堂子，都不會再來第二次。本單是第一次入住，當時就有點不爽，因為房間衞生一般。第二次住是因為離出差辦事的地方近，我也不是很挑剔的人。我現在是就第二次入住發表點評，因為實在忍無可忍了。至於原因，後面看就知道了。問題如下：1.定的兩晚是含早餐的房，早上到前台問早餐在幾樓。前台告訴我在二樓。我爬樓梯到了二樓，轉了一圈沒找到餐廳。又問，跟我説對不起，沒早餐。可以給我兩包牛奶，再煮一份水餃，因為疫情原因。那為什麼我可以訂含早餐的房間？為什麼辦理入住的時候沒人告訴我？為什麼我去前台問，服務員還告訴我早餐在二樓？？？2.我跟前台抱怨的時候，有個像是大堂經理的人跟我出主意，要我把攜程的訂單取消。我説已經住了一晚怎麼取消？她説沒事。她自己來打的電話，跟攜程講我根本就沒住，把我攜程的訂單取消了。真有才！！！然後她按照沒早餐的價格在前台處理。這酒店真不缺人才！！！3.下午六點回的房間，房間裏沒打掃。早上吃剩的水餃還擺在那裡。投訴到前台，服務員來打掃，跟我説他們都是下午六點以後才打掃房間。我去前台求證，跟我説如果客人不要求打掃房間，他們是一直不會打掃的。我50%的時間都在出差，這麼有特色的酒店我還是第一次見！！！4.房間裏電視遙控器壞的，換了遙控器視頻線還不行，本來算是特色的Xbox也是壞的。這房間是有幾年沒人住了嗎？5.退房的時候，開不了發票。理由竟然是打印機壞了。OMG，打印機壞了，所以發票開不了，我就忍不住笑了；6.浴室裏異味這麼明顯，馬桶有個鈕是壞的。洗臉盆有個燈是壞的，至於其他的那些小毛病可以列出一堆來。網友們都看一看，這是怎麼了？

性價比比較高的，衹是設施有些陳舊，房間格局有點怪，有大電視，有按摩椅，還在大浴缸，所以房間比較潮，地毯臟臟的，室內有股味道，房間燈光不太亮。
