交通方便：樓下有地鐵一號線和3號線，打車也是隨時都有
吃飯的地方也很多，樓下有夜市攤，點外面直接可以送房間裏，還有各大商場都很近
價格經濟實惠的，設施也非常齊全
服務態度很好，提供了很多客幫助，屋裡還有一個大飄窗，晾衣服很方便了。
連住好幾天，總體還可以。主要是老闆很貼心，特別好！

交通比較方便離二七廣場真的挺近的服務態度也很好設施很齊全就這個價格還要什麼自行車呀白色的床單被罩都很乾凈隔音效果很好有大窗户可以洗衣服曬衣服這一點在對於夏天來説還是很方便的樓下打個車坐地鐵去火車站根本就不不費力都是隨叫隨到

老闆特別好！給我免費升級了房間，很大！樓下全是美食街區，吃遍一條街。走路到地鐵2分鐘，到鄭州站走路10分鐘。二七廣場還有的逛！總之，性價比之王！真心話，説我託的請自重！

真的蠻不錯的，性價比很高。自己一個人住，店主小姐姐還給我升級了雙床房，雖然一個人住真的很浪費。房間蠻大的，也很乾凈，並且給了一次性洗漱用品，洗手間也蠻大的，也挺乾淨的。房間裏面的設施都不錯，該有的都有，也就設施有點老舊，但是不是事兒，都蠻乾淨的。位置是真的無敵，離二七地鐵站巨近，走幾步就到了，然後旁邊就是二七廣場，商場很多。晚上樓底下也有很多小吃攤，我凌晨回去都還開着好多。周邊人流量很多，公寓在的樓層也基本上都是旅遊來住宿的，感覺年輕人偏多，一個人住挺安心的。另外店主小姐姐真的很好很好很好，幫忙解決了好多事兒，也沒嫌我煩啥的。總體真的完全好評，樓對面有家羊肉湯可好喝了，要是有機會下次來，感覺還會住這兒😎
