We accidentally left some food in the fridge. The counter staff who was on duty at 3pm/6APR had left the items for our pickup. The 6pm duty staff were also helpful in assisting us. On another occasion they also help me arrange a local tour to enjoy Henan. Without this team of good staff, our 3nights stay at Hampton JinShui would have been indifference.

I stayed at the Hampton Hilton Hotel on Christmas🎄. The front desk was super enthusiastic. The paintings on the welcome fruit should be hand-painted by the staff. Although the painting method is immature, it is really attentive, which is awesome! The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is complete, the fruit is fresh, the spicy soup and Henan stewed noodles are also good, and snacks and fruits are carefully prepared when checking out. A stay beyond expectations, highly recommended!
