Very good hotel with good value. Will definitely stay again. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Special thanks to Miss Gao for attending to all our needs. The only complaint is it would be better if they can switch up for the daily breakfast menu.

I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services. The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation. Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

We like staying at Holiday Inns. No frills, good breakfast and the soft/hard pillows. Since it’s an international brand, the standards are there regardless whether it’s a new or old hotel. Can’t go too wrong with it.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff with great service.. they go extra mile to serve us when in need. Specially we being non mandarine speaking travellers, the staff helped a lot and make sure all arrangements are convince for us. Let me tell you my experience after staying in this hotel for one night. First of all, the hotel has a very good geographical environment, with a lot of greenery around it. There is a park opposite the hotel, which is good for a walk. Then there is the room. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the sound insulation effect of the room is very good. Finally, there are free snacks and tea in the lobby, which is really thoughtful.

Last stay in this hotel for my trip. I have an awesome stay. The hospitality was great wit very friendly and helpful front desk 王铭洋. Appreciated all the hotel staff that attended me n give me a wonderful stay in zhengzhou henan China

The reception staff are really good. They face so many customer pressures of questions and quick checkin and they are doing their best to maintain good composure. Concierge is also very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a good spread. Will patronise Le Meridien again at Zhengzhou.

The service, especially from the ladies at the reception was excellent, the room large and nice. The location is very separated, it's far to go to find a food shop or a restaurant. The VIP-Club had excellent food and very friendly and helpful people. The restaurant downstairs confirmed my bad experiences with Sofitel restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff and excellent service. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. This hotel would be good for stopover or business travellers wishing to enjoy the fast service, absence of noisy crowds, good cuisine, or simply to rest after the flight.
