The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

There are two subway lines No. 4 and 5 in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for travel. When checking in, Aurora at the front desk asked specifically about her requirements for room arrangements. After arriving in the room, she was indeed very satisfied. The best hotel in Zhengzhou North. The hardware and services are very good. The breakfast is rich and the spicy soup is delicious. It is also very close to Wanda Shopping Mall and the subway station. Parking is convenient. I highly recommend staying here!

As the first old five-star hotel in Zhengzhou, it is indeed worthy of trust, with unique luxury and elegance, and a full score for favorability. I also want to thank the beautiful lady Jiayin for the iced Sprite, which makes the hot summer mood very refreshing. A few small suggestions, the cooking skills of the cold dishes in the Chinese restaurant need to be improved, and the old door cards in the room need to be replaced quickly.

We have been staying at this facility whenever we come to Zhengzhou to visit our friends and family. This time we noticed the facility was remodeled with upgraded bathroom. The breakfast is still as good as before with many varieties. The staff at the service desk is very friendly and courteous like they had been in the past. We will continue to be it’s loyal visitor for the future trips.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

Quality hotel in Central Zhengzhou. Good service all around. Very helpful. And the staff’s English was better than many hotels in China. Good selection of food at the buffet. I recommend it.

Hotel service was very nice. My room was thoroughly cleaned every day. When I checked out the last day too early morning, I can arrive Zhengzhou airport on time by the help of Ms June and a bellboy (sorry, I forgot the name of young man). A packed lunchbox from the hotel was very helpful for me to come back home after the long trip. When I come again to Zhengzhou in future, I will stay again Hilton hotel. Thanks a lot to you all.

I was quite satisfied with my stay this time. The room was very clean. The front desk also upgraded the room. The breakfast was rich, and there were also local spicy spicy soup and fried dough sticks. It was very suitable for staying with the family. It is very close to the East Station and is very convenient for travel.
