高級7座商務車接送:很少酒店會有專車接送服務，而前台帥哥和司機很有禮貌非常熱情
環境：酒店坐落於熱鬧街頭，附近有很多商店，餐廳小吃，晚上的街道也很熱鬧很多宵夜，可是在房中一點都沒有嘈雜的聲音，睡覺很舒服
設施：酒店設有烘乾機，洗衣機用起來也方便，唯獨有點缺點，就是洗衣和烘乾機外面有很多灰塵沒有清潔！

酒店大堂進來給人的感覺就是很乾凈味道也很好聞，從肇慶東出來也有接送的服務，來回很方便，司機也很耐心，人很好的給我們帶路幫我們拿行李。入住酒店之後缺什麼或者需要的服務酒店的服務員和前台都很好溝通，積極解決，態度十分好，房間也很乾凈舒適沒有什麼破舊的地方，浴室也是乾濕分離。居住體驗非常好！

路過鼎湖，在平台搜當地酒店看見是家新開的酒店，其實不抱太高期望，沒想到入住後，還蠻不錯，前台工作人員服務比很多同類型的酒店都要好，禮貌熱情。這個價位真的很贊。酒店山山水水，綠植挺多的。停車場蠻大的，入住後遇到問題，諮詢前台，工作人員也會耐心幫忙講解。下次有機會再來鼎湖，再入住。
