前台服務態度特別惡勢，網上訂的商務房間前台「故意給標準房」叫前台換房還説客人兇什麼兇特別恐怖，房間又發黴又特別多蚊子，異味超級臭，被子都發黃了

八點訂的五間房，驅車四小時十二點半到前台跟我説沒房了，騙我們是平台的問題給他們不斷接單，實則是自己漏單了，並且在這四小時內都沒有任何通知。附近已經沒有一家酒店可以入住，酒店完全不考慮我們一車的長者小孩需要馬上休息的情況，想讓我們十個人自己想辦法再找。最後在我們要求報警之下給我們湊出來四間設施極差的房，無熱水無暖氣房門保險鎖是壞的 。
在處理整件事情的過程當中，店長和前台的態度也極其不好，對我們發泄情緒，沒有想要好好為我們解決問題，導致最終我們一行十個人在四小時的舟車勞途後，又等了接近三小時，最後快凌晨四點才能休息 。

圖片上的設施與實際房間的差距不是一點點大結果就是叫你➕錢換房間雙人早餐都是忽悠，給你一包豆漿粉自己沖和沒有品牌的真空包裝小麪包兩個以後一定不會在去還有平台也監管不夠嚴
