Every time I go to Hanoi, I stay at Hotel Ya Hanoi. Although it's a bit of a walk from Linh Lang, I think it's a convenient location. The hotel also has a large public bath and sauna, and I was able to watch many movies in the room, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.

The open-air bath and sauna were great. The phivien and cafes around were also good.

The rooms are well-cleaned, the facilities are nice, and you can stay very comfortably. The desk is spacious enough for working and there is a business chair, so you won't get tired easily. Breakfast is a set meal reservation system, and the contents are sad. I think young children and people who don't eat well in the morning will be dissatisfied. Very good except for the food.

Check in/check out time is very tight

This is small newly refurbished hotel with an excellent location. A fabulous family owned restaurant, TSURUYA Hanoi Bistro is a 5 minute walk. Directly across from the hotel is a great pharmacy, DUCHANH, for all your medical needs in case you forgot to pack a prescription. The owner speaks excellent English.

This is my second time using this service. This time, I only stayed for a short time, but they were able to quickly respond to requests such as changing the air conditioning settings.

Japanese is spoken. There was a jacuzzi on the 9th floor, but the water was cold and I couldn't get in. The shower had hot water and was comfortable. It was nice and clean.

A clean and refreshing hotel. The rooms are spacious enough that they don't feel cramped even though the beds are big, and there is also a PC work space, so this hotel is recommended for business travelers. They provide breakfast for Japanese people, restaurant information in Japanese, and the staff can speak Japanese, which is very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, just one street away from the main road and downtown area, so it is quiet and the cafe in front of it is delicious, so I recommend it, but be careful as they may not speak English.

It's not a big hotel, but it's new and well-equipped. For some reason, the body soap provided smells like herbs and I can't use it, so I use the one I brought with me or the hand soap.

Some rooms have sandals and some don't. I've never encountered any issues with pajamas, but I think they generally don't. The room is equipped with a washlet and is new, so the facilities are new and comfortable. Laundry service is said to be completed the next day, but in most cases, it is delivered to your room the evening of the same day.

Apart from the fact that the shower in the rooftop bath was too strong and painful, and the shower gel provided had a strong smell, this is a very good hotel in every respect. I will make this my regular place to stay when I go to Hanoi in the future.
