There is a window in the order introduction on the Ctrip platform, 2. The hotel stipulates that all windows are not allowed to be opened (locked). We can only use the air conditioner to ask the waiter to help turn on the air conditioner, but the air is still cold. We have to wear down jackets in the guest room, so we can't ask the waiter to turn off the air conditioner. We borrowed an electric fan from the front desk and turned it on at night. It was cold (it was not the time to turn on the fan yet) and I turned it off to see if there was air before turning it on again. I couldn't sleep all night. Claims: 1. The Ctrip platform is required to refund 100% and 30% (room payment). 2. The hotel has violated civil rights. There is no legal provision in the country that says ‘windows are not allowed to be opened’. I communicated with the front desk a second time and the customer service said: According to the leadership regulations, opening windows will affect the facilities of the room because of humidity, so the health rights of hotel guests are not guaranteed. There is no air purifier in the room, and I live in room 1412. Smoking is allowed (there is an ashtray on the table), and all the harmful gases from smoking by the guests in front are in the room. Guests staying in the back are inhaling second-hand smoke. Do hotel leaders consider such rigid regulations from a scientific perspective? Really speechless

The sound insulation is poor, and the noise in the room opposite can be clearly heard; the service attitude is poor, and even a courier robot can't deliver it for half an hour. It is difficult to unscrew Yuantuotuo if there is some soap on your hands, and it is also difficult to adjust the water temperature. But the biggest disadvantage is that the faucet is too close to the sink, and the water can easily flow to the sink and then overflow and get wet. Clothes... Secondly, the smell of sewerage in the bathroom was very strong, and it felt like it hit my forehead. Finally, the variety and quality of breakfast dishes were average, and the attitude of the restaurant staff was very cold and blunt, which was very disappointing. I had to rush on my way early the next morning, but my two-and-a-half-year-old child didn't sleep well the first night. He had no appetite when he woke up in the morning, so I wanted to take away the three or four pieces of bread he had left after taking a few bites. The restaurant staff asked for a food bag. The male staff asked another male staff, and then the second male staff asked the third female staff who later replied: Our restaurant policy is that no take-out is allowed! I explained politely and still got the same reply. For a moment, I felt like I was in a government office hall.

A family of four was traveling. We used our membership status to upgrade to a zero-pressure room at a hotel temporarily booked by Ctrip (I felt it was not much different from the mattress in a regular room). The front desk staff arranged for staff to show us the rooms before deciding on the room type. For this initiative Thumbs up, but the reception staff's service is mediocre, no smiles and little enthusiasm. After checking into the room, the child called the housekeeping department and asked for more bottles of water. He was told that he could only give two extra bottles for free. The bath and toiletries were mediocre and the children (teenagers) said they felt uncomfortable after using them. In addition, they had to complain about the room. The air conditioner is very ineffective. It woke me up several times due to the heat, and even adjusting it to 17 degrees didn't work. The hotel has too many service places, so the staff is very mixed, and people are seen smoking on the residential floors and in the lobby. When leaving the hotel at noon the next day, the child went to the front desk and the water bar in the lobby but could not fill two thermos cups with water. This shows that the details of the hotel need to be improved. We won't be visiting again.

Is the five-star hotel super funny? The doorman who arrived at night did not push the luggage cart and put the luggage by himself. Why is the five-star hotel self-service like this?
