這個酒店和99公寓在一個樓上，裝修風格和99是一樣，本來以為價格比99便宜是撿了便宜，沒想到它是99公寓裏面最差最臟的房間，比如本人住的朝馬路的1305，空調漏水不製冷，插座面板都掉了;第二天換了個房間給換了1822，靠着電梯口很吵，房間那是相當差啊，基本上屬於是把九九公寓裏面最臟最差的房間挑出來專門做特斯這個品牌了。另外説一下，他的前台和九九是一家

衹能説優勢就是距離海邊近，幾分鐘步行即可，方便第二天一早去海邊晨跑。出差住慣了連鎖商務酒店，實在不適應這種公寓式酒店，一棟大樓有好幾家公寓酒店，任何人都能出入自如，不安全，房間設施簡陋沒有小桌子，吃個東西都沒地方放，用手提電腦做些工作衹能在床上進行。衞生也不盡如意，有一張皮革單人小沙發，很臟，用浴巾墊一下才敢坐上去，陽台玻璃推拉門也是很久沒擦過了，好多灰塵雨水的水跡，衞生間很小，沒有乾濕分離，坐廁空間太小。雖然入住前已有心理準備，但入住後還是挺失望。這個價格住離海邊遠一點連鎖商務酒店更安心衞生。

馬桶和牆壁太近了，每次上廁所都像面壁思過，水不夠熱，床很軟挺不錯的，每天還送水，可以看到海景，投影也還行，這個價格能住到這樣的可以了

酒店基本位於萬達廣場和金沙灣的正正中間 屬於兩頭走但不遠的距離 有直達湛江站的公交 去赤坎老街或者去各大觀海景點也很方便
房間本身挺大的 從陽台望出去還能看到海景 床睡着也很舒服
衞生間有些槽點 馬桶剛好嵌在角落裡 每次如廁有種面壁思過的感覺 洗澡水温ok 但是熱得非常慢 每次等到我要不耐煩的時候 它也就熱了

雙麻房每晚370元不含早餐！沒有車位停，車是停在馬路邊，房間衞生間特別簡陋，沒有通風口，浴巾不衞生，洗漱用品是很差，拖鞋是每雙5元品質，走路帶聲音吱吱響的！窗簾是透光的，房間在馬路邊，一個晚上都是汽車聲音！這房的性價比跟服務都不行！

位置很好找，就是沒有門牌，很晚才到湛江，到了停車場門口一臉懵逼，要不是看了評論區印象中有一個99公寓的評論，不然真找不到。
一進房間整個人有點不好了，牆面有黴點、污漬，投影幕布感覺像是用了幾年一樣，各種污漬在上面，沒有配一次性拖鞋就算了，房間的拖鞋有點臟，而且有味道，味道很大的那種。空調也是用了很多年的感覺，異響聲很大。廁所很小，馬桶的位置有點像強行放在那裡的。
定的時候是三百這樣，真心不值得，不如一兩百的城市便捷，本來定了兩晚，直接把第二晚退掉了，當晚定了麗呈酒店，也是三百，簡直了。

下單的時候是特斯國際公寓，入住的時候看到寫着99國際公寓，房型詳情那裡寫着有廚房，實際並沒有。衞生間有點擠，而且沒做乾濕分離，帶小朋友入住要特別小心，容易發生碰撞。房間的衞生也一般，有些角落的位置沒打掃乾淨。總結性價比低，體驗一般。
