出差過來盲選的酒店，沒想到性價比這麼高。來到湛江已經是半夜了，前台仍然熱情接待，前台是24小時有人的，為夜班的小哥哥點贊！

所謂的全境海景房？海呢？一打開陽枱麪，對面就是一面的樓，坑！

公寓的地理位置到周邊景點都比較方便，房間很明亮，陽台一邊可以看到海景，一邊看到馬路，距離商圈也近，好評！

環境：是在一棟還沒有完成招商的樓裏，下面就還是在施工的狀態吧，都差點找不到門。辦理入住的地方是在10樓的一個小房間裏面，很簡陋的前台，辦理入住時前台穿的還是睡衣吧，第一印象就不好，對預訂的這個房間更加忐忑不安，果然去到房間就是那張沒有鋪平整的床，不知道怎麼就找不到照片了，就很醜，根本不是説不平整，就沒有鋪到位，被芯都沒有拉到位，中間都是凹下去的，就很離譜啊。垃圾桶爆皮發黴，窗簾也是發黴的，更奇怪的是馬桶的位置！！在三面牆裡麪的狹小空間裏面有個馬桶，坐下腿都伸不直，坐下面壁思過就很離譜啊！！
衞生：花灑上都是水印，真的對這個衞生擔憂啊！！
設施：這得好好説道了，房間床頭燈是壞的，根本無法控制，熱水器開了大概五分鐘就會跳閘，洗個澡中間要推兩次閘，冷死了🥶，前台先是説我們温度調太高了，這棟樓的電力系統還不太好，把温度調下來還是沒有用，來我們房間看了之後説是我們打開了空調，但我們都沒有開空調，空調不知道有沒有在運行，把空調關掉還是跳閘了，又冷了一回兒，最後實在沒有辦法了説讓我們去前台洗澡，我們住22樓，去10樓前台洗澡，實在不能接受，就熬過了一晚。
服務：沒有感覺到什麼服務，碰到的兩個前台，不太上心的樣子，微信發送的都是提前編輯好的文字。
整體入住感受一般般，不太推薦。
