This is my first time staying in this kind of hotel, and I feel it is quite novel. The TV is projected and the screen is very large. It is just not clear, and the effect is similar to all screen projection. The room facilities are average. The front desk service is good. Since there is no catering equipment, breakfast is provided by KFC in the mall next door, which is also quite rich. What I want to complain is: Because it is a Wanda Plaza store, the underground parking garage is like a maze, and it took more than ten minutes to find the exit. 😭

It was a rare business trip, and staying at Kaiyuan Hotel really gave me an unexpected surprise. From the hotel lobby to the room, the sea view is really great, and the service attitude of the ladies at the front desk is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the layout of the room is brand new, with complete facilities and equipment, and everything that should be equipped is available. Thumbs up. There are many types of breakfast, which really suits us busy people who are on business trips, and it feels like a break from the busy schedule. Next time I go back, I will still stay at Kaiyuan, at least the first impression really determines all choices.

AAcw2005Location was good in that it was near some small grocery stores and restaurants. I liked how it was near the farm of the place that I was visiting and volunteering at. The only negative on the location was that it was hard to find since there was no address and it was in an alleyway. Room was clean, the owner was nice and friendly. I like how the room had a washer for guests to wash their clothes in. The only negative was that there were no towels and the toilet doesn't have a flush button. Toilet is in small area. The shower was too small for me to take a shower in. Would be more than happy to comeback to this place if I needed to.

GGuest UserThe hotel is modern, with a lot of smart functions in the room. The bed is very comfortable, everything is clean. The staff are professional and polite and there is no problem checking in as a foreigner (we had a problem at another hotel in the city centre before coming to this one). The location is convenient for Hai'an Ferry Port and also close enough to the city centre. I'd say it's a bit expensive but that is often the case in smaller cities. Overall I'd recommend it.
