The hotel is modern, with a lot of smart functions in the room. The bed is very comfortable, everything is clean. The staff are professional and polite and there is no problem checking in as a foreigner (we had a problem at another hotel in the city centre before coming to this one). The location is convenient for Hai'an Ferry Port and also close enough to the city centre. I'd say it's a bit expensive but that is often the case in smaller cities. Overall I'd recommend it.

It is very convenient to come back from Haikou to settle down. Nothing is wrong except no parking space. I particularly like the sockets, ordinary sockets and USB sockets are available, which is not possible in many major hotels.

第一次來到徐聞這個縣城，這次入住的維也納酒店，超出預期，房間一點都不亞於大城市，我入住的房間靠臨街，卻一點也不吵，晚上坐在窗户邊上格外的享受那一份愜意。前台的服務人員很有禮貌，門口的保安也會主動幫忙拿行李，可見，酒店培訓工作做得很到位。

住了很多次維也納系列酒店，這次海南過來到了徐聞縣，想住一晚上第二天趕路，到酒店後發現酒店臨街，我訂房間剛好在路邊，我就給服務員説能不能給我換個房間，前天台服務員説不行，讓我第一次遇到酒店換房間拒絕，想必這個時間不臨街房間應該是有的，畢竟不是旅遊旺季，但就不換，本來睡眠不好的我幾乎晚上被車來車往的吵鬧聲整的一晚上沒睡，心情一下大打折扣，餐廳一個小夥服務生還不錯，晚上酒店吃的餛飩，地理位置離港口不遠到是方便，但這種服務讓我不理解，希望酒店不要因為網上訂房間就另外一種態度！

酒店的早餐很不錯，牛奶豆漿咖啡各種各類的飲品，菜品都相當不錯，早餐衞生乾淨，細節足以證明，大堂有各類書籍裝飾很有格調，是個相當不錯的放鬆地方。
