外出住宿基本不評價，不過這次確實應該好好評價！😁民宿環境、房間和衞生好的沒話説。下單之後老闆會電話聯繫確認行程，因為民宿是公寓式的，還怕我們不清楚位置，特意發了位置和視頻引路，很是貼心、熱情。我們是晚上才到的，太累忘記拍照了，照片都是隔天拍的，房間乾淨整潔、配套齊全，有冰箱洗衣機，還有廚房區吃個火鍋是沒問題的。😃民宿周邊環境很奈斯，樓下有娛樂活動設施（免費）、卡丁車賽道（需要費用），還有露營區哦，晚上可以在那裡K歌，燒烤哦！我沒去，不知道需不需要另外收費哦！最後，給熱情的老闆點贊。我們不小心弄碎了香薰罐，老闆大氣説人沒事就行，沒讓我們賠付。。。給老闆點贊！民宿附近景區有天成山和天柱山，長泰漂流。距離都是3公里內的，開車也就幾分鐘，路況好，不堵車。有興趣的朋友可以先收藏哦！

趁春節假期帶一家親戚大小去漳州旅遊。在網絡上看了長泰建發山外山有所謂酒店式公寓，雖然價格比五星酒店還高，但是覺得一大家子在一起應該挺方便的，所以就訂了三個三房一廳平層房，後來聯繫酒店老闆説有別墅，可以直接跟她訂，就改了兩個別墅。入住兩天，感覺是我多年來入住感受最差的一次。
簡單概括就是掛羊頭賣狗肉，就是幾個人合夥租了幾個別人投資的房子和別墅出租。五星價格，三星設施，一星服務。甚至告訴我別墅的麻將房衹是附帶設施，不能保證提供使用，説我衹是租房子給你，不是租麻將給你這麼沒有職業操守的話。所以感覺就是一個民宿毀了一座城。以上是真實感受，商家如有不同意見，歡迎告我。
