As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt very angry, clean and tidy. The front desk lady was very warm and the service was very good. I checked in very neatly. I helped us send the luggage to the elevator. The room attendant greeted us and helped us lift the luggage to the room. Also introduced the use of TV and phone in the room, as well as yogurt and snacks, foot wash buckets, the room is quite big, the hygiene is very clean, the items are neatly arranged, very good experience, next time I come to live here. Great, great praise 👍👍👍

We came in very late and the front desk team at the hotel was just superb ! I made some mistakes in my booking and they happily and readily helped correct that. Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.

Everyone should pay attention to whether the room booked is the same as the picture. The third time I was finally moved to the room I wanted. I just booked a lakeside backyard king bed room. When I checked in, I was given a room in another hotel for the first time. Something felt wrong when I entered, so I asked to change rooms. It turned out that the double bed room I booked was full and they would give me a twin bed. I changed the hotel for the second time and it was still not the hotel I booked. But at this time, I didn't realize that I had changed hotels, so I rested for a while. The staff said that there were two decoration styles, and they would change it to another style for me tomorrow. I believed it. Later, when I opened Ctrip, I discovered that there were not two styles at all, but two hotels. It's just the same boss. Finally, I asked to cancel, and the male staff asked me to cancel from Ctrip. As a result, Ctrip could not cancel at all. Finally, a female person in charge helped me change to a family room. The price difference between the two hotels was RMB 50. But the decoration is very different. Everyone should pay attention! I went back and forth for a long time, Thank you for helping me solve it satisfactorily. Apart from this, everything else is satisfactory. The right hotel, the rooms are new and comfortable.

From Guangzhou by car to Zhangye to stay at the B&B, the landlord took us in at the gate, warmly introduced Zhangye’s nearby attractions, prices, routes, guided navigation to special foods, and thoughtfully prepared several types of fruits for us. 🍐 🍈 🍑 The homestay is near the wetland park. After dinner, we cycled around in the park. It felt very good. Thanks to the landlord for this! I wish business prosperity and good health.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Lived up to my expectation. From the moment we step into the hotel, everyone working for this hotel will smile at you. All the workers were really helpful and nice. The service was very good. There is a humidifier in the room which you can turn on due to the dry air. They even prepare basin for you to soak your leg during the evening. They even prepare snacks ,fruits and yogurt for you to snack in the evening. All these gestures make you feel so welcoming.
