多次入住温德姆，酒店環境優雅安靜，床上用品睡得舒服，早餐品種一般，但還是挺合口味的。特別是酒店GRO鄭蓉的個性化服務做的細心周到，暖人心。得知朋友過生日，又是準備生日賀卡又是送紀念品，每次入住都是全心全程接待我們，出差在外享受到家人一般的照顧。希望酒店生意越來越好，我們來樟必選温德姆。

早餐還不錯，環境比較安靜。酒店服務不錯，特別是辦理入住的小陳介紹的比較細心，GRO小鄭也是一路指引介紹，房間還安排贈送水果和甜湯，服務真的不錯。

新開的酒店，乾淨，裝修低調舒適，酒店還給房間裏準備了綠豆糖水，還手寫留了條，感覺很貼心！早餐品類不是很多，但口味不錯，對於早餐吃不多的人來説很好了！還有愛心煎蛋，白粥濃稠正好，很爽口，同事愛吃大腸粉，説味道也不錯！

酒店服務很棒，從進去酒店入口區就有專人陪同服務 環境和裝修都很不錯 出差旅行的最佳選擇 賓客部的小鄭對酒店入住體驗及建議也跟蹤及時！早餐也很豐富，年底還有泳池和瑜伽館健身館開放。非常滿意

今年開張的新品牌酒店，裝修大氣、明亮。服務，管理十分到位。房間乾淨，整潔，方便實用。餐廳飲食帶地方特色。有地下停車場，電梯直達一樓大堂，地下停車場電梯等候區，放置幾圈沙發，可以休息吸煙（有空調）。二樓有茶室可以招待朋友。大堂美女很多，追蹤詢問住酒店，和餐廳的體驗。是樟樹目前最頂級的酒店。

前台美女很熱心周到的介紹和服務，賓至如歸，併為我們升級了房間。這家新開的温德姆，各方面都很優秀。房間很大，正對着草坪。窗外園景很美，睡覺安靜。早餐豐富而有特色。酒店離樟樹博物館很近，去大堤也很方便，臨贛江岸，賞江河美景，感受五千年樟樹文化。來樟樹市確實不虛此行。真可謂：住的舒心，玩的高興，吃的健康。

設施：設施比較齊全，蠻新的，房間很大，淋浴水量大，出熱快，就是小冰箱不太製冷，有泳池，有汗蒸，小童區水偏涼。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：很安靜，隔音效果蠻好的，一進酒店氣味就很讓人舒心。
服務：工作人員很熱情，考慮到有小朋友，主動提供洗漱用品，全程都是微笑服務。早上游泳即使人少，工作人員都很負責。
樟樹這家五星酒店，性價比真是太高了！
