Zuixingu Manor (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Shop)

We were so comfortable being taken care of by our housekeeper Lin these two days. He made fresh breakfast and dinner every day. He sent us to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in the morning and waited for us to come back from the park outside the scenic area in the evening. He was very patient and never rushed us. He also served as our invisible tour guide online for free. We don't like to travel with a group, but it's not too worrying to have such a local person to help us plan the best route. The auntie was also very warm-hearted. She made ginger tea for us when we were caught in the rain and washed and dried our clothes. It's great. You can enjoy the mountains while lying on the bed in the room. The housekeeper will pick you up at the high-speed rail station and scenic spot. There is also a caring WeChat tour guide. You don't have to worry about getting lost or not knowing how to play! The most surprising thing is that the dinner at the B&B is pure farm food. It's incomparable to other restaurants. The ingredients are all raised by the family, not greasy at all. You can also see the starry sky at night! It's great!

Traveling with the elderly and children, I stayed at my favorite B&B in several cities. I like the hotel environment and the beautiful scenery outside the window! The boss is very considerate and enthusiastic. He also upgraded our room and helped us plan our travel plans! It’s a pity that the weather was not very favorable and I didn’t get to see all the scenery. I will come again if I have the chance!

The boss is very enthusiastic and upgraded us to a loft parent-child room. The room is a bit big and the simple and bright design style is in my aesthetic point. It is quiet at night and has good privacy. This is very friendly to light sleepers. The only hiccup was that there was snow on the path leading to the hotel, and the car could not drive into the hotel parking lot, and we also fell... The most important asset of this hotel is its employees! Thanks to Curl for such a warm and friendly welcome. It leaves a lasting impression. They drove us and picked us up from the park for free, took our friends to the airport, and then on the last day of our vacation they drove us to Tianmen Mountain for free and offered to let our things lie in the car until the evening while we walked along the mountain, and in the evening they would take us and our things to airport! Wow! Our friends were given free late check-out at 18.00, but in fact they checked out at 19.30! This is incredible! I travel a lot, but I have never encountered such attitude and service anywhere! The hotel has some minor drawbacks, but of course they pale in comparison to such service! I'll just write them here so you can try to add them in the future and become even better: There are no hooks for towels in the rooms, you wash yourself and there is nowhere to hang your towel. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, at least small ones. In one of the rooms the water in the shower was not flowing well. I sincerely wish prosperity and more clients to your hotel! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. We didn't want to leave. We were satisfied. I will choose this hotel again if I have the chance to come back to the national park. The owner and his family cooked and sent food to my room every day. The food was good. Someone came to collect the food after dinner. This morning at 7:30, someone was sent to take me to the airport for free. It felt as convenient as my own home. I paid 1,000 yuan a night, which I thought was cheap.
