When we checked in, we were not notified in advance that the hot water pipe had burst. They checked us in directly. Before 5pm, they started asking us when the hot water would be available. They kept saying that it was being repaired. We asked repeatedly if there would be hot water tonight and were told that it had been repaired, but it continued. There was no hot water until 9 o'clock the next day. The extremely poor experience brought a very bad feeling to this trip to Zhangjiajie.
