Their service is incredibly good. They helped plan out my entire trip when I arrived as it is very confusing to get your head around. The room was great too.

The owner/manager is the kindest and most helpful person. As a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese, we used WeChat to communicate. She outlined a plan to explore the national parks. She bought discounted tickets for me. She answered all my questions. The location is only 5 minutes from the East entrance to catch the shuttles to explore the park. There are plenty of good, affordable restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with a lot Western toilet and hot water. My room faced the mountain with a private patio. There's air conditioning but I hardly used it because I could keep my sliding window door open with mosquito net for fresh air. I felt safe, comfortable, and extended my stay for 4 nights. It was truly my home away from home.. Thank you to the wonderful owner/manager!

Very nice, gentle and helpful owner who spent a lot of time helping us organizing our trip in the Park next to the hotel ! Nothing special to say about the room : clean and good value for money !

10/10 would recommend. The kindest host! She took the time to explain everything to us using translate with such patience, and she even got us tickets for the national park. Everything was great, if I ever come back it will be to these homestay!

The proprietress is very enthusiastic~ It's also very close to the scenic spot. It takes a few minutes to walk to the sign gate. The Wulingyuan route map provided by the inn is also very detailed.

Comfortable accommodation is very important when traveling, because it can directly affect the travel experience. The B&B I stayed in during my trip to Zhangjiajie gave me a feeling of being at home. The room was clean and tidy, and there was a large balcony for drying out. Clothing, the lady boss is very nice, she always greets me with a smile, and she also explains the travel guide to me very carefully, and there is a night market just a few steps downstairs. It is very convenient to eat. I stayed for two nights and only spent 200 Yuan, very cost-effective, recommended.

This B&B is a little further away from B&B Street. If you arrive at the bus station, it may take longer to unpack the suitcases, but it is relatively close to the east gate of Wulingyuan. The boss was very nice. When we arrived, he introduced us to how to visit and arrange the itinerary. I envy the casual atmosphere here. The room has a balcony and the hygiene is OK, but disposable items such as slippers are not provided. I don't know if it is because of the high humidity here and the bed is a bit damp. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

I have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs near the landmark gate, and this one is the most satisfactory to me, mainly because of the environment. The room is not big, but it is clean and quiet. There is a large balcony at the back facing the mountain. There are people living on the hillside, which feels like living in the countryside. There is food a few meters away from the door, and it is very close to the landmark gate of the forest park. The bed is very big and very comfortable to sleep on. However, the quilt is a bit thick and the toilet is a bit blocked.

The B&B is close to the Zhangjiajie Sign Gate, about a five-minute walk. The sanitary facilities are acceptable. It would be best if there is a dry and wet separation, but you have to ask for the room to be cleaned. The proprietress enthusiastically explains the tour of scenic spots and responds to any requests.

The room is very clean and the service is very good. The hotel is only eight minutes' walk from Wulingyuan Forest Park.
