張北為數較少的環境好的酒店，硬件不錯，衞浴較差很廉價，就價格與住宿條件來説還是可以的，但軟件與硬件不成正比，幾乎沒有什麼服務可言，房間裝修味道刺鼻，服務員很多一問三不知，自助早餐一言難盡，但是真的便宜，勉強吃飽

本人很喜歡這個酒店，去年也來過兩次，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度特別的好，還給我們免費升級了房型！房間非常的乾淨，舒適！而且非常的寬敞，孩子們特別大開心，早餐也不錯，營養美味！周圍的風景也是非常的美

環境非常非常好，離張北縣城挺近的，騎馬50一小圈,還有一些小童設施，小火車挺不錯的，就是價格有點虛高，早餐中規中矩，吃飽沒問題

國慶期間旅行來到河北的張家口，準確的説是自駕路過。看到這裏的環境不錯，就預訂了該酒店。老實説環境是不錯，但國慶期間天還挺冷，竟然就沒有了空調，説是馬上供暖了，這就是讓住客挨凍的理由？主要是還有長者和小孩入住，節省成本也該有個限度。工作人員的積極性不高，感覺就是隨你怎麼抱怨，反正領導交代安排的，住客感受無所謂，整體感受偏差！

房間很大，價格適中，為了看夜色那蘇圖和小火車選擇在這裏住一晚，結果下雨什麼也沒看成，很遺憾
早餐略簡單，沒什麼吃的
前台態度很好就是不細緻，房號寫錯了
酒店在景區深處，景區太大了，在網上買了遊玩票的記得在大門口就要換票，不然開車進去了還要再開出來換票！
