The staff is very kind and nice. They upgraded me to a larger single room. Single room does not have the mountain view. The staff shows me where I can see Matterhorn with a map which is very clear. The room is also very clean. Love the hotel.

They have a free pickup service from Zermatt main station! Nestled in between the Matterhorn gondola & the Zermatt shopping street, this makes for a good quiet environment to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. Our room balcony had a peek of the Matterhorn too! Breakfast was served with a decent selection! Great place!

The building has a nice atmosphere and is clean, and the staff is friendly, but it is not worth the price for a room with a view of the Matterhorn. To see the Matterhorn view, you need to go to at least the 3rd floor. There is no view except from the top floor of the city room. If you are not going to get a mountain view, it would be better to get a view overlooking the village at this price.

A clear view of the mountains

Wearing a service-oriented smile and a kind-hearted attitude, I can still see it as a person in my 50s. I hope that the female receptionist can do her job well with an equal attitude.

Very good. There is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at Zermatt train station. It is not too far to walk. It is about 900 meters away in a straight line. The breakfast variety is quite complete. There is a self-service coffee machine.

The handsome guy at the reception was very enthusiastic. Introducing the First attraction. great!
