Good place to stay. Very nice and friendly staff. Quite clean. Donuts for breakfast! Pets friendly. We stay there every year with our cats, and will do it again.

It was a great stay. We stayed one night. If we had time we would have stayed more. Beautiful hotel . Had a beautiful view out our room. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great.

Check in was easy, staff was very nice. There was an odor in our first room. They offered to move us right away. No problems. This is right across the street from a ****** and next door to a bar/restaurant. I was concerned about noise because this is an outdoor access hotel. It was surprisingly quiet but I imagine it depends on the guests. This is a no frills hotel. It's old but seemed clean overall. Bath towels are average. The bed was not comfortable. There is a wall heating/ac unit. We had a difficult time finding a comfortable room temp. The price was very reasonable. It's located in the center of town so this was convenient for getting around. They offered good donuts and beverages in the morning. They were nice and accommodating.

Easy to find, we stayed on the 2nd floor with a beautiful mountain view. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Would love to see them clean the window so the view would be even better

Great location to go to the Rodeo, next door to a super cool bar Buckaroos, and anywhere in town. The staff was incredibly nice, the hotel room was clean, I felt safe there. 10/10 would stay again!

A very comfortable, clean, generous operation. It's a beautiful location. The awesomeness of the staff is the best. It is extremely welcoming of pets, not put-out in the least that you're traveling with your dog. They were encouraging of it actually. Just a top-notch, humane, decent, kind group.

The Historoan was lovely when it first opened a decade ago. However, over the years it has not been updated and is showing its age. Prices reflect an upscale hotel but the amenities do not. Towels smell sour. The shower curtain liner was not waterproof and left puddles of water on the floor. The A/C was very loud and barely cooled the room. Pillows were lumpy. Landscaping was dead and dreary.

An establishment (bar) next door to the hotel played loud hip hop music until 2 am, impossible to sleep.
