Olson Real Acueducto Hotel & Suites

I loved the location, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the toiletries, the silence and the speed of check-in and check-out. It is a good place for short stays but there are three details that could be improved: 1. The ventilation is poor, there are no windows and the smell of humidity, food and another smell that I cannot identify encloses. 2. I understand that they are apparent finishes but the ceiling had holes covered with something similar to paper, and it gives the appearance of dirt. For people who have a phobia of insects, it makes us uneasy because at any moment we feel that a bug is going to appear on us. 3. The pillows are VERY hard and uncomfortable, they could be of better quality to ensure that guests rest in addition to providing a complimentary bottle of water since there is not always time to buy it before check in, especially for those of us who arrive very late due to flights delayed. Getting in was complicated, it is not marked. Entry is complicated because it coincides with an establishment's valet parking service. For the price I expected at least a gym, let alone a pool. There was no drinking water in the room or in the lobby. I prefer to get to a hotel for what I paid.
