Five-star hotel that doesn't live up to its name. Curtain Labron. Shower head is broken. Stayed three nights and didn't fix it. I don't know if it was repaired or not. The room service came back at 6pm and didn't do it yet. The rock style is quite fresh, and there is a live concert in the evening. The breakfast is too bad, don't come to the Chinese stomach!

Hotel service is general, the location is very good. The difference between club king (7-12 floors) and city views (1-7 floors) is that the floor is a little higher and there is nothing to watch. A Hyatt hotel, knocking me when I was sleeping in the morning, the door said to change the battery of my door? It is very disappointing compared to the domestic Hyatt hotel. The price is very low.

I stayed here for 5 nights, probably longer than I've wanted to. normally when I travel to GDL I stay in another hotel, but I gave sleep inn a chance because of its location, good dining options within walking distance. The hotel is new, the price is right and the Wi-fi works very well! however several details could improve, specially cleanliness, the walkways are dusty, the ice bucket in the room with garbage and dusty, in-operational safe, I also reported the lack of towels and wipes at the gym to a lady in the front desk, her response complaining about the housekeeper was unprofessional.. and didn't get the things solved!. Breakfast is ok, but it is supposed to be ready at 7 which is already kind of late for me..., anyway if you arrive 7.05 you'll find the buffet unattended and you need to wait until somebody can serve you, furthermore they don't have have all options ready, maybe if you go 7.20 you'll have better chances . Free Parking is appreciated but it you need to drive very carefully because of its odd design... I give it 3 stars because it is new and the check out was quicker than usual . .. only at check in there is supposed to be someone at ground level to tell you what to do, because you need to take one elevetar to check in at first floor.. nobody was there when I arrived so I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone, then you need to take a different elevator to go to the rooms... so a little impractical

Happened upon this place for a brief One night stay over and was delighted by the clean lines and graceful architecture of this hotel. The rooms were very large and very well appointed with make up mirror and large standing full length mirror. Also a microwave and bar fridge. The reception was warm and in English and very helpful when we had a car problem. Parking off street and a location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants make this a very desirable place to stay. Breakfast was included and I offer some advice in this respect to management. The menu states American breakfast but no version of that was available at the buffet. Apples and oranges would be better replaced with prepared slices and pieces of fruit. There was no bacon or sausages or ham that are usually available at such a buffet. A device that allows the guest to make their own waffle would be WAY more delicate and tastier that the toaster option presented. A Pancake syrup or fruit compote would be a nice accompaniment. And finally, a good coffee is the hallmark of every good hotel, and in every other way this is a very fine hotel.

So dirty, there was a cigarette butt next to the bin on the floor, pubic hair everywhere. The carpet looks like it’s never been cleaned, I put my crawling twins on the floor when we first got to the hotel room momentarily whilst I was sorting the bags out so hadn’t noticed how dirty it was. Their legs were black from the dirt and they were covered in other peoples hair. When we booked the rooms stated electric kettle but this is not true. I called reception as I needed this to make baby bottles and they said they don’t have but to get hot water from the restaurant which sounded easy enough. This was not easy, when we asked at the restaurant they advised they don’t have hot water. I spoke to reception as it was late and was worried the babies wouldn’t have formula, they spoke to the restaurant who gave us a filthy coffee stained flask, I advised it still had coffee in and this would make the babies sick. This person said speak to reception and walked off. I ended up bringing the bottles down and getting them to fill directly, this took 40 mins! Ice machine is filthy, I wouldn’t put that ice in anything I’m consuming. Pool is cold and in the middle of the reception area with absolutely no privacy. We were going to stay two nights but thankfully only booked one in advance as even that was a difficult ask. We had a trip early the next morning from that hotel or we would have left.

This year I stayed twice in this place, the first time in June, we arrived at dawn, the check in was fast and the night bellboy accompanied us to the room, he was the only one who was really kind and explained everything to us, unfortunately not I remember his name. The room does look old and neglected, the whole building in general looks like it needs maintenance, the window that overlooked the pool had a half balcony with dry plants and garbage. That night we fell asleep, after two hours we began to hear scandal and screams in the parking lot, that woke us up and they stayed like that for a long time. It turns out that next to the hotel there is a ********* bar, in fact they share parking and good, bad, very bad, the next day we asked to change our room and they already gave us one that overlooks the pool on the first floor and much better than the previous one. It was for this reason that we decided to arrive once again. Terrible mistake. The hotel is very well located, practically in front of Plaza del Sol, a few blocks from the Galerías theater, close to everything. The second time was just in October, they gave us the room and it turned out that the window that overlooks a corridor and that takes you to the street could not be secured, it did not close, I went to reception and they told me that they sent maintenance, He arrived, checked and told us that he is not going to stay and that please go to reception to change rooms, when I arrived they told me that there are no rooms but not to worry that nothing was happening, that he could stay like this, that they had never Had a robbery or anything and I'm serious????????? Already angry I asked the lady that I was not going to stay in that room since I felt insecure and that if she did not give me another one, they would give me my money back, she told me that it was not possible and that now she would send the housekeeper to check, the lady arrives and in a despotic manner begins to scold us and to say that we had used the bathroom and that they could no longer change us, all this in a scolding tone, I told her that I washed the bathroom for her (I only used the sink) and not like that. Already with some of my things I went to the reception and yes I told them that I would report them, it was that one of the receptionists asked me to please wait for the next day to change our room since they had a group and there was no other, That way it was different, after a while the maintenance came back and fixed the window and that's it. During all this time there was a man there giving orders in a rude way, he was a very bad taste hat. DO NOT pay for breakfast, for the 150 pesos that it costs you can have a richer breakfast in some inn or restaurant. It's supposed to be a buffet but it's practically scrambled eggs, beans, pasta, a little fruit, coffee and juice. They give you the portion. After this experience I decided not to return, the hotel has potential but its owner is the hatty man, that explains the deplorable situation in which it is. I just read that in those months they committed a murder there in one of the

The carpet looks like it’s never been cleaned, I put my crawling twins on the floor when we first got to the hotel room momentarily whilst I was sorting the bags out so hadn’t noticed how dirty it was. Their legs were black from the dirt and they were covered in other peoples hair. When we booked the rooms stated electric kettle but this is not true. I called reception as I needed this to make baby bottles and they said they don’t have but to get hot water from the restaurant which sounded easy enough. This was not easy, when we asked at the restaurant they advised they don’t have hot water. I spoke to reception as it was late and was worried the babies wouldn’t have formula, they spoke to the restaurant who gave us a filthy coffee stained flask, I advised it still had coffee in and this would make the babies sick. This person said speak to reception and walked off. I ended up bringing the bottles down and getting them to fill directly, this took 40 mins! Ice machine is filthy, I wouldn’t put that ice in anything I’m consuming. Pool is cold and in the middle of the reception area with absolutely no privacy. We were going to stay two nights but thankfully only booked one in advance as even that was a difficult ask. We had a trip early the next morning from that hotel or we would have left.
