This hotel is absolutely the absolute treasure of this trip. I was still visiting Jianshui in the afternoon, thinking about staying in Jianshui or going directly to Xinping. I saw this hotel and headed decisively. It really didn't disappoint us. Arrived at the hotel around 8pm, Xiao Wu and Xiao Bai at the front desk were really nice. Seeing that we brought the baby all the way to exhaustion, we immediately helped upgrade the room. They are really warm brothers and sisters. The room environment Needless to say, let’s take a look at the pictures for yourself 🥳 just look at the environment and live decisively. You can also take your baby to the swimming pool at night.

房間及入住環境都不錯，可以帶寵物，寵物一次性收費200元，有贈送水果，迷你吧飲料。估計是新開不久的酒店，感覺還是有地方需要提升的： 1、員工培訓不到位：作為客人第一個接觸的前台員工，他們衹能應對房間的問題，除此之外，比如酒店有沒有小朋友的小活動，水上樂園裡面有吃的嗎，具體問題都不清楚，要再諮詢其他部門。在酒店打電話諮詢也是一樣，唯一亮點就是有管家服務。 2、酒店的晚餐自助，每人188元。説真心的，這個價位與出品不在同一水平網上，提供的三文魚、蟹腿和螺，估計是昆明進貨的，都不新鮮且成本高，烤乳豬、雞都偏硬，沒特色。建議酒店開在在花腰傣的地方，為啥不乾脆弄點民族特色，成本低，售價也能降低。自助餐唯一出彩的衹有甜點啦。這個價位沒有冰淇淋。 3、退房及入住高峯接駁車不夠用。 總之，既然是開元森泊本來就是度假酒店，那如何留住客人，如何更具有特點還是需要業主和管理者多用心的。
