我入住的時候，酒店前台接待就直接説你從攜程上辦理退房，辦理會員，我馬上拒絕，酒店前台接待馬上就變臉了，當時就和我説，你定的房間沒有了，等18點以後才有房間，經過我和酒店前台接待的溝通，給我安排了一個不是我定好的房型，説明天給我換房間，我經常出差，沒有見過這樣的前台接待，我真的無語了。但是這個酒店的餐廳服務員特別敬業，我早上吃飯的時候，看到有的客人把米飯顆粒掉到地上，餐廳服務員馬上蹲在地上，用餐巾紙擦的乾乾淨淨，當時我沒有拿手機，如果拿了手機我會拍一個視頻，她們這種敬業精神非常棒，我真心的給你們點贊辛苦了姐妹們，你們這種敬業精神和前台接待形成對比。

前台服務員像是搞傳銷的，電視機看不了，最惱火的還停電，外面全是蚊子。讓服務員換房子不讓換，比較糟糕的一次體驗！

酒店前台服務很差，當推薦讓我花近600元辦理會員，我表示不同意後，説話口氣立馬變了，面部表情由晴轉陰。隨後便説：“攜程網上定的沒有好房間”，果不其然，給了兩間不在一個樓層的且近靠電梯的房間。如果不是晚了，在網上訂的房間不能退了，我真想立馬換酒店，格林豪泰，我算記住這個名字了，再以後外出，堅決不住這個酒店了。

我是自己出差，沒有用他們的早餐，不知道能不能加床，床很硬，有停車場，環境也行，一説是攜程定房間，他們會説：用攜程定沒有好房間，很是無語。攜程定128，他們説要收139，問為什麼，他們是他們的規定。再次無語。下次不會去住了
