Hot spring hotel in an area renowned for its hot springs. I deliberately chose the Japanese tatami-style to experience more of the local culture. As you can see from the photos, the view from my room was really nice! I also like the fact that both dinner and breakfast were included, as there isn't much around. Very comfortable stay overall, but mind you - the smell of sulphur (possibly?) from the hot springs is always there!

My sincerest gratitude to the professional service and helpfulness of the front desk staff in particular the Div. Manager, Mr. Atsuyoshi Kubota, who patiently search for available medical service during late hours for treating my wife's injury and also voluntarily arrange a staff to accompany us to the hospital. Ram Kumar, the accompanying staff, is instrumemental in our communication to the medical personnels and he is so kind to arrange late dinner for us at the hotel's discretion. They not only demonstrate the highest level of professionalism but also their genuine care of the well being of the customers.
Once again, big big thanks to Mr. Kubota and his team of beautiful people.
By the way, good breakfast and dinner, both in terms of the menu as well as service and venue.

It's a revamped hotel with new facilities! The tidiness and clean impressed me! The breakfast and dinner buffet were in good quality as well especially the beef. Highly recommend!

遠超預期！大堂很新，應該是近兩年翻新過，前台態度極佳。安排了7樓走廊盡頭的房間，非常滿意（沒錯我就是喜歡安靜的尾房，遇到吵鬧鄰居機率減半），房間是千禧年的配置，的確有點陳舊，但設施齊全，功能無故障。最驚喜的一點，陽台是可以進入的，推開玻璃門就能享受自然風，不像有的酒店陽台是裝飾。景觀更是絕了，陰雨天雲霧繚繞，完美詮釋霧島之所以為霧島。早晚餐自助品種極為豐富，而且有工作人員不斷補充，就是人流量太大了點，尤其是晚餐，有種災民搶救濟糧的既視感

酒店很大，翻新過但也能看出很多地方很有歷史感。孕婦出行想休息舒服，入住時有問我要不要加錢轉小童家庭房，我們只夫婦兩人沒有轉（建議沒小朋友不要加錢，升等房間附近是餐廳3/F超吵）這樣被編了4/F近尾房，出入大堂都走很多路，挺著大肚子有點吃力，感覺飯店有點不貼心。
早晚餐都很好。
