I checked in after reading the reviews on Ctrip. The newly opened hotel is very nice and the location is good. It is close to the river and the environment is also very good. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade my room for me. The services were very considerate. The only drawback was that we had breakfast on the 26th floor. There was some unpleasantness when registering the room number at the door of the restaurant. We booked 3 rooms. Since we did not arrive at the restaurant at the same time, there was a little misunderstanding. The way the guy in charge of registering at the door handled the problem needs to be improved. , we made it very clear to him that the number of people has not increased, please be sure to check the information carefully, but he did not take the initiative to say hello until our group left after finishing the meal~~~ I feel that their business capabilities need to be strengthened, after all, it is such a big place It’s a bit inappropriate for a hotel to make such a small mistake~~~

Because it is newly opened, the facilities are still relatively new, and the hygiene is very bad. As soon as you enter the room, the smell of formaldehyde is very strong. The hygiene of the room was not cleaned during the preparation period. The marble wall in the shower room is covered with a layer of white lime, and the bedside table is also covered with a layer of white lime. It was gray. I originally wanted to open the window to see Lake Biwa. The window was unhygienic and I couldn’t bear to look at it. Even the door lock had a layer of dust. The hygiene was very poor. The lobby environment was okay. The floor environment was average. The pillowcases on the bed were all dirty. This kind of hygiene will be avoided next time. I won’t come again. It’s not worth the price of more than 300 yuan. There are two boys at the front desk. There is no service with a smile, but there is still body odor😓

已連住了這家酒店五天，環境優美 ，正值油菜花開，窗外的琵琶湖畔可美了，每天去湖邊散散歩心情舒暢。房間乾淨舒適，早餐豐富合我的胃口，很貼心下午還有免費水果盤。前台服務熱情，尤其是工號05。整體來説非常滿意，下次來餘幹還會首選開元酒店。

酒店地理位置好，又是在餘幹城中心，又是在琵琶湖旁邊 晚上對面的琵琶湖夜景很美，客房佈置及硬件設施不錯，酒店免費停車，最後給前台009好評，服務周到有問題及時溝通解決

定了行政套房，沒有在行政樓層，在休閑樓層，房間裏有張麻將桌，煙味浸透了房間每一個角落，酒店的解釋是春節滿房，這就是行政套房，可是攜程介紹裏明確是19-25層，給我7層算什麼意思？想再要一床被子，酒店的解釋還是春節滿房，沒有多餘的被子。房間熱水龍頭出來的水是乳白色的，有股怪味。房間裏還放着一張破桌子，真是一言難盡。酒店停車位很緊張，三個電梯也不夠用，一切都是因為春節。唯一值得表揚的是因為我們一家入住，多送了一位早餐。

如果有零分的話，我一定會給這家店打零分，酒店在頁面上説有温泉，本身就是為了帶孩子泡温泉選的這家店，結果到酒店後説酒店沒温泉，這不是在虛假宣傳麼。除了虛假宣傳之外，酒店的服務態度極差，衞生極差，我們房間裏的冰箱塞滿了吃過的外賣，跟服務員反饋，服務員竟然説沒辦法，太搞笑了。就這個情況，估計快要倒閉了吧。
