Definitely recommend to anyone who loves hot springs
Of course, the kaiseki and breakfast were great, but as someone who goes to a lot of ryokans, it's not the best, but it's still great!
Especially the kaiseki beef is really delicious.
Also, the raw eggs served for breakfast are fresh, but Koreans don't like those kinds of eggs, right?
If you try it half-boiled, it will definitely suit your taste, so be sure to try it and come as a couple. The customer base is more elderly couples and families.
It's a 7-8 minute walk from Yufuin Station, so it's relatively close and close to tourist attractions, so I recommend it!

Environment, service, facilities, food are impressive

The hotel is located in the street but close to 湯の坪街道 and it is easy to miss it if you drive as it looks like residents. Although the hotel is small but the decor inside is traditional. Room with private onsen which is good.

We just loved this place. Location: about 10 minutes walk from the train station and an easy walk to the center of the town Food:they served dinner in the room and the food was amazing. We loved every single dish;especially the beef Onsen: we tried outdoor private ones and enjoyed them. We also had a small outdoor one attached to our room. It was a plus for a quick morning onsen. Staff: super friendly, polite and helpful If I ever go back to Yufuin , I will certainly come back here

Great, large room with private onsen. The private onsen was so nice to have. I would DEFINITELY recommend getting a room with one. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Delicious kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hot spring ryokan..first of all, do not be put off by the all Japanese language booking. Simply use google translate and book your stay here! The staffs were so nice and passionate about their job! They genuinely care about their guests, despite the language barrier! We stayed in two different rooms- one with hot spring and the other is the western bedroom. We prefer the western bedroom as it is quieter and it is newly refurbished. The food were all delicious and we were stuffed- as you can see from the pictures attached. Highly recommended and thank you for such a wonderful stay.
