位置非常好，離最外面的菁口梯田很近，以酒店為原點出發去另外幾個觀景台很方便，停車的地方很充裕，老闆家飯菜不算貴，房間乾淨衞生，還有電熱毯，比空調還實用

住過第二次了，房間面積大，床上用品乾淨整潔。有電熱毯，衞生間有浴霸。熱水充足。老闆也很熱情。很滿意。下次還會再來

房間衞生，服務良好，性價比較高。花少錢能睡個安穩覺還是比較值的。哈尼梯田文化博物館就在客棧對面，往前五公里右右可欣賞梯田美景。

住了五天拍了不少美照，幾乎每天早上都是大霧天中午以後就好了，所以有時間要多住幾天，重要的是可以帶寵物狗狗，老闆一家本地人經營，話語不多真誠和藹，幫忙搬行李，還親自下廚煮飯，樓下一塊大停車場能停近二十台車，二樓豪華房不錯蠻大很安靜，有電熱毯床鋪就不會潮濕，三樓是露台可以曬衣服，一樓餐廳其實相當於二樓高度，上二樓樓梯較窄略微辛苦一點，但對得起這個房價，所以總體滿意，公寓正對面的梯田文化博物館值得一看。

經常停電 ，早起看日出沒有辦法，衹有用手機照明，來元陽梯田就是看日出的，老闆娘很不人性。

停車還算方便，街對面就是博物館，步行就可去哈尼小鎮，衹是比較蕭條。客棧吃飯方便，衹是感覺客棧各方面都一般般吧。
