硬件完全可以達到五星酒店的水平，但員工的服務意識以及培訓非常不到位。本人用臨時身份證入住，前台竟然拒絕，並要求去公安局開證明。質問前台為什麼臨時身份證不認可？前台説沒有磁性，不能聯網。我問前台難道紙質證明就有磁性，可以聯網了嗎？前台答不上來。問有沒有公安局的聯繫方式？電話諮詢一下，前台也沒有。最後致電攜程客服，報銷去公安局的來回車費。中間耽誤了至少一個小時。後來致電河北賓館石家莊總部，總部的答覆是臨時身份證可以入住，無需開證明。出差那麼久，第一次碰到酒店，要求打證明的，衹能説前台員工的培訓非常不到位。

不能忍受，房間裏有活的，活得，這蟲子🐛叫 蜱（pí）也叫壁蝨，蟄伏在淺山丘陵的草叢、植物上，或寄宿於牲畜等動物皮毛間。不吸血時，小的才乾癟綠豆般大小，也有極細如米粒的；吸飽血液後，有飽滿的黃豆大小，大的可達指甲蓋大。電梯裏有不明飛行物～

酒店新開業，設施很好，房間很大。晚上酒店自助餐菜品豐富，住店客人半價享用非常棒。遇到兩件奇葩之事，一是早上五點鐘對面村民架三個高音喇叭同方向正對酒店客房放打擊樂，無法睡覺了，報警110後警察説是村民辦婚禮。難道是辦婚禮就應該特別對酒店客人特殊侍遇。二是離開酒店後前台通知我説毛巾污染了，要扣二十元按金，第一次遇到如此怪事。

房間超級大，2.4米的大床也寬敞，有陽台，衞生間乾濕分離，空間很大，停車也方便，房間裏面常用的免費用品很齊全。

房間設施真的很棒，不愧是四星酒店！大陽台看外面景色一覽無遺，也很暖和，晚上是感應燈去廁所不用專門開燈，廁所淋浴也都很不錯！唯一不足的地方就是元氏河北賓館這個四星酒店的自助早餐很差勁，雖然訂房點的自助早餐一人三十多，性價比不好，熱菜肉光看品種多，但是都是火腿，什麼西葫蘆火腿肉，洋葱火腿肉，一看就是應付差事的，餛飩是速凍的，很難吃！麪條的鹵也不像早上現做的不好吃！

退房離店後有一段時間後接到酒店前台電話，説是否拿了酒店的衣架……非常無語……我們幾百塊的房住了兩晚，在酒店連續用餐，我們缺衣架？是否以後在該酒店入住的客人，要先行和客房服務員核對房間所有用品並簽字畫押，以免交了幾百塊的按金，在離店後會被奇葩的詢問房間的衣架？！這種感受頗有那種魯迅先生筆下非常有鄉土氣息的故事的一面，因為確實這是個縣城。但你們呢隸屬於河北賓館，不該是這種格局吧……後來退了按金，那麼調查結果可以公佈一下嗎？！
