Enjoyed my stay a lot . I will definitely book this place again and again.

I had a real nice stay everything was excellent

The location is very close to Untermyer Gardens. The hotel room is quite spacious and clean, with a microwave and refrigerator. The only drawback was that the hot water wasn't hot enough when I took a shower.

Everything is good, the only slight drawback is that the water flow in the sink is too small. All in all not bad.

Unexpectedly satisfied

House keeper need to keep it down in the halls in front of guest room. Guest service need to have someone attend to customer need I had to come get my own cart for my luggage I just want someone to bring it up I can load it and take it to my car. Very clean room and hotel. This will be my hotel when I am in town.

The beds and so called pillows are terrible….very uncomfortable! No clock in room. Marketplace items are ridiculously OVERPRICED! Rooms are too close for the paper thin walls. I was here 4 days and NO HANDICAPPED PARKING THE ENTIRE TIME; cars parked in handicap with no tag or placard. This will be my last stay here!

Front desk staff were great. Sorry I can’t remember their names. All were friendly and very attentive.

Beautiful hotel, very nice room, shower was great. No great food options and the pool opens later than I would expect it to on a Saturday. But overall very enjoyable stay.

The beds were good and comfortable. Sofa bed was just poor my son used sofa bed and the springs could be heard where moving. My son even stated that he was woken up by springs in sofa mattress popping when he moved.

The walls are paper thin allowing me to hear talking and other activities in the rooms next to mine. I could hear the water running and knew when they used the bathroom. I am a very light sleeper and it interrupted my sleep several times. I should not hear the toilet flushing or hear intimacy actions.

Great place! Rooms are nice and clean, bistro breakfast and dinner menu is pretty good and the chef made every meal with extra attentiin. He would come out and chat with the guest- you don’t see that often. Area is nice and has other places in the area to frequent.

We had flight delays and cancellations causing us to cancel one night of our stay. Our delay in arrival was handled courteously and with professionalism by all staff I contacted. Thank you! It made the disastrous beginning of our trip to a family reunion end on a high note!!

The staffs were friendly and very accommodating Ryan was very helpful with a room change due to maintenance issues that we came across . Super nice and pleasant guy .
