Hygiene: The hotel is very clean and the garden is well maintained. Service: The service experience is very good. Whether it is the front desk, housekeeper, restaurant, or room service staff, they are all very polite. When they meet, they will take the initiative to say hello, introduce the environment or ask if they need help. Overall feeling: I came once in 2017 and came again this year. After the renovation, the holiday a**osphere of the hotel has been improved a lot, and it makes people feel comfortable in all aspects. It is worth coming again next time.

The hotel environment is very good. There is a valley outside the window. The mountain breeze is cool and has a unique rural a**osphere. The hot water in the built-in hot spring is very large and it will be full in a while. The hot spring is a little deep. It would be better if there is a step to sit on. Because it is a weekday, there are very few people in the open-air hot spring, but it is very clean. There is no hair on the floor of the locker room. It is very clean. The service staff of the hot spring, Weng Lijiang, is also very enthusiastic. When you enter the door, you will be introduced to the distribution of the pool, and you will take the initiative to pour tea and change dry bath towels. The cave hot spring is simply a bathing paradise. There are steep cliffs outside the pool. The only drawback is that the temperature of the pool is low, and the highest is only 39 degrees. It would be better if it is higher. My husband and I chose Baima Canyon for the tickets. There are only two of us in the whole scenic area, but the water is clear and cold, not inferior to the famous mountains. A perfect off-peak travel experience!

The health villa is actually more suitable for two families, with children living together and adults in their own room. The indoor and outdoor pools are drained very quickly, and the outdoor pool faces the mountain, which is particularly comfortable. There is also a dry steam room next to the indoor pool. The living room upstairs is also equipped with an automatic mahjong table. The only drawback is that the area is not actually large. Compared with Anxi Yuequan and Wuyi Chunbai, there is no garden. The service has improved a lot compared to ten years ago. If you have any needs, tell the housekeeper on WeChat and arrange it immediately. The response is very fast, as if you are always watching WeChat. The outdoor pool and the infinity pool were not there, and the children went there by themselves. The infinity pool is open in the morning and is said to be average. The public pool opens at 2 pm, and the children like it very much. Free food and drinks are also provided. All in all, Yongtai Royal Hot Spring is now worth a short vacation or weekend.

Because the heating equipment in the main building was under maintenance, I was upgraded to a hot spring villa suite for free. Breakfast can be delivered to the room and it was delivered on time at the agreed time. There are many dishes and the taste is good. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. The waiter will help with the luggage. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the hot spring pool in the villa is large and clean. The special project Baima Canyon Scenic Area is worth a visit, it is a natural oxygen bar.
