服務好，景色太美了，窗景美，周邊爬山很方便。性價比超高，因為房間潮濕，工作人員配了除濕機。總體感覺都不錯。

性價比挺高的，桃花節活動，酒店服務設施都很不錯。
設備沒有那麼花哨，還是很實用，有很多別的地方沒注意到的細節。
景區餐飲是A級衞生的，小童樂園很大，房間床墊是硬的對背部更好，迷你吧的設計還有衞生間都不錯，晚上的節目也很精彩。
這個景區比很多，表面光鮮的廈門景區要好很多很多。

在北溪文苑內，環境優美，很適合度假，早餐也很豐富，周邊有3個瀑布羣，每年3月份的桃花節風景更美，值得前往。

一家人帶孩子長者出遊，孩子再酒店裡麪娛樂場玩，嶄新一把雨傘 放遊樂場門口十幾分鍾就丟了，叫人查説監控看不到，還有晚上酒店內吃飯，湯底竟然躺着一衹蒼蠅，長者家差點吐出來，最後酒店服務人員説湯不算錢，本來出來玩不想鬧不開心就勸家人算了，這次旅行比較遺憾，希望以後改進

周邊環境還行，適合帶小孩度假，就是房間衞生太差了，特別是沐浴房的布簾臟兮兮的，上面的污垢厚厚一層，開是以為是洗不掉的沒成想用手輕輕一扣全塞滿了指甲差點吐

房間設施比較老舊，房間標註指示不清晰像迷宮，太難找了。給的房間黴味很重，天花板和地板都發黴了，太難聞了，根本沒法住，明明早去要換房間也沒有，最後改成便宜的房間也不能退差價，下水道也堵住，房間清理不乾淨，地板和煙灰缸都沒清理，工作人員態度也很一般，特別是前台，還得收取按金，但是園區風景還不錯，還有煙花表演。
