Hotels with Parking in Yonezawa

I stayed overnight here. I arrived after 22:00 on Friday night and couldn't go to the bar or restaurant on the ground floor. However, the bar had a good atmosphere from the outside. The reception was polite. The room was saved because there was space to spread the suitcase. It is an ordinary business hotel, but I was able to spend comfortably without any inconvenience. There are restaurants and izakaya nearby, so I don't think it's a problem to eat and drink before 22:00. In my case, it was late at night, so I had a hard time finding a restaurant open. I think it is enough option if you book a hotel in the center of Yonezawa.

　It is a business hotel about 10 minutes walk from Yonezawa Station East Exit. From the station to the hotel, there is no store like a store, and dinner must be carried out to the west of the station or the tavern (breakfast venue) without the hotel. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel, but it is a little inconvenient because it has to pass the underground road. In the case of route in, there is a large bath rather than a unit bus in the room, but this was about a middle bath. Well, if you think it is a business hotel, it is normal. It was not possible or not.

A hotel that also operates weddings and parties in the downtown area. The rooms and rooms in the building have a slightly retro feel. The breakfast venue is large, with Yamagata gourmet lined up, and the rice is Yamagata's ”Yukiwakamaru”. Among them, Yonezawa's local dish ”cold soup” has a gentle taste. Imagine the soup from the name, but it seems to be a dish that combines seasonal vegetables and cold dashi soup. I am grateful for health-oriented products in the morning when I drink too much.

Stayed on June 18, 2022. It is located in front of Yonezawa Station, but it is a location that feels like walking from Yonezawa Station ６ and about 7 minutes. It is not a far feeling. The indoor facilities are stable Toyoko Inn. However, since April, gowns and amenities were not set in the room. I felt like I went to the room with each one from the front desk. Disposable slippers also became the form of purchase at the front desk. If you don't care, there is a shared slipper for indoor use. Still, I think it is a hotel worth enough to say from the room rate.

The room was small but clean, and there was a big supermarket next to it, although it was not a duty-free shop, but the price was beautiful. It’s only a few minutes from the Yonezawa station to the hotel. There is nothing to eat around. It’s not too far to go to the station to eat. Breakfast is free, not very luxurious but also clean and fresh. The hotel has free coffee and ironing machines.

Thank you for not eating all day. The front desk also answered very politely. This is a comfortable space, clean and tidy. This is a place where I want to stay again.

I liked the room with an open-air bath, and Mr. Kawakaso also booked the room with an open-air bath. It was great to put it in comfortably whenever I liked 24 hours a day. The room was beautiful and the food was delicious and the private room so I could spend a slow meal time. I drink alcohol in the room every time, so I wanted to increase the type of alcohol a little more, and I felt that drinks such as beer in the refrigerator should be put in the room price and made it like a service. I was told which room I was in at check-in, but I thought I didn't have to say it because I could hear other guests.

I had a chance to visit with my relatives. I have been to Onogawa Onsen several times, but this was my first time at this inn. When I first entered, I was greeted by a large bell. There were various bells of different sizes next to the front desk, which explains the concept of this inn. The meals were all local Yamagata produce. Yamagata dashi, Yonezawa beef, etc. Nothing to complain about. The temperature of the open-air bath felt low, but after they replaced the water, it didn't feel that low. The staff were also very friendly. Overall, this is an inn that gives a high level of satisfaction.

I feel compelled to write a review of this property because some previous reviews had been very bad. We were a bit apprehensive when we got to the ryokan. It was raining, we were early (1 o'clock) and some reviews said staff were not friendly. If we couldn't check in, we would have to find some other shelter. As it turned out, the friendly gentleman at the reception allowed us to check in. The next 2 days were most enjoyable. The food was excellent and they provided a shuttle service for us to visit Uesugi shrine on day 2, one of the best sights on that trip. The room was spacious and clean. The best thing was the onsen with excellent water quality. We learned not to trust every review, good or bad. We picked this place precisely because some reviewers seem bend on destroying its reputation. There was a small exhibition on the history of this place near the reception. It was well worth the time I spent there.
