Hyatt House Davis

Excellent location. Excellent staff, This is a very comfortable hotel with nice features. Breakfast was decent. Great coffee.

The property was convenient. I like that they have car chargers. The noise insulation from the hallway was not great, but it was just voices of people walking by. My room was not on the highway side, so I don't know what the noise there would be like, but I did not experience freeway noise.

This hotel is quite new and fresh. The lobby is pleasant and welcoming, and the bar and food area is very nice. The room was pleasantly comfortable and spacious, and clean. Good breakfast in the morning as well. The only downfall is paying $10 for parking. That should be included in the price.

The property is clean and chargers for EVs are plentiful. The only issues are two: 1) water pressure is just a little more than a trickle and 2) the internet is so slow you will rather use your own cell phone coverage

The provided breakfast was dismal with few choices. No bananas or apples, no waffle maker , no croissants or bakery items., no bacon, only white bread. You better like scrambled eggs and sausage and oatmeal. Bed was nice but shower was horrible going from scalding hot to cold every 10 seconds. Staff was ok but the personal n we dealt with couldn’t even tell us how to get back on the freeway. And parking fees also. Really! Won’t stay there again

Clean, well-maintained, and nice staff. The only downside: the noise from the freeway.

Hyatt House Davis was very comfortable and clean, but the breakfast staff was very rude. We arrived to breakfast on Saturday admittedly five minutes before it ended and the staff member turned the light out as we were grabbing breakfast. We arrived one hour early on Sunday, and there was no food left. The oatmeal bowl was gone and the potatoes, eggs, and sausage were empty. There was one bagel left, but was very old and stale. I asked if oatmeal would be replenished and she she snapped at me and said that it was gone for the day. We probably would not have cared if the staff would have been slightly kind.

The hotel was perfect for the time I was in Davis! Loved the location and it’s not too far from anything. Very safe a quiet. Will stay there again!
