very good location and very good price! Less than one hour to Tokyo by train. And a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay: 1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about? 2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.

Nice clean hotel, but the staff were a let down. Unwilling to go the extra mile to help out customers.

It is very convenient to take a bus and eat in the surrounding area. Opposite is a Chinese restaurant called Qingfeng Restaurant. It is a couple from Zhejiang. The people are very enthusiastic. We wanted to drink some Chinese liquor, and the eldest sister took her son's stock and gave it to us for free. The dishes cooked by her family taste pretty good. There are also chicken skewers restaurants, izakayas and so on.

It's closer to the tram stop than I thought. There is a convenience store nearby, There was only one washing machine, so I had to go to the laundry outside when I couldn't wait. No luggage storage is allowed upon check out. . . To be honest, it's a bit too harsh, but I won't say anything about other people's rules.

The room has a street view but is not on the main driveway, so it is very quiet.
