The water must be adjusted a lot to the left (heating) for gas heating, resulting in very little water, and sometimes it becomes too hot, but when you adjust the faucet to the right, the water temperature is immediately not enough...

It was renovated from a single apar**ent. There was a big hole in the ceiling of the corridor on the 4th floor. There was only one elevator, which was broken.
