去之前打了一個電話諮詢問題，然後就開始感受到了周到的服務。從定房間到離開，服務都不錯。整個酒店環境也不錯。晚上睡覺也很安靜。房間有地暖，温度恰到好處。房間夠大，唯一缺點就是洗澡間和房間沒有隔斷沒有門，有那麼點不方便。早飯很豐富，吃的很舒服。

房間很大很乾凈，挑兩個最讓我暖心的地方就是可以帶寵物入住，早餐小朋友沒有起床，我跟工作人員説了後幫我下了小餛飩，打包讓我帶着，很感謝！

房間很好，小朋友用的東西也都有準備好。店家免費幫忙升級了房間，走的時候還送了伴手禮，早餐很豐富，滿意哈哈

環境：很大，很好，漂亮
服務：還可以，知道我們一家三口孩子也是大孩子了，馬上加了一份成人牙刷、拖鞋，酒店用餐愉快，菜品量多味道也不錯，吃完晚飯回房間已有兩份夜宵在桌上，如果夜宵也能加一份就更好了，雖然最後兩碗也衹吃掉一碗，因為晚飯吃得太飽了😂
設施：衞生間浴缸很漂亮，就是對外窗簾有走光的風險，畢竟在底樓。

奔着龍池山自行車公園去的，結果收穫了意外的驚喜，酒店邊上就是自行車騎行道，不用再返回3公裡外的公園，酒店設施面積服務都是一流的，晚餐就在酒店吃的，味道不錯，菜量超多。是會再次去入住的酒店

房間可以，非常大，環境可以，房間設施可以，後院設計很喜歡，小朋友非常喜歡，值得推薦。下次去宜興，還是選它。當天入住送香蕉和紅豆湯，值得點贊，退房時又送零食禮包，感謝!唯一不足的就是送的早餐一般般，有待提高。

很“仙”的酒店，景觀符合“龍隱”的調性。周邊都是茶園，空氣極好，“深氧”區。去景區也都很方便，就是打車不是很方便，前台特熱情可以幫忙叫出租，小姐姐們都超好，給了各種出遊建議和提示。每晚都有夜宵，白天送水果酸奶，臨走還送了一袋子零食和水。

出發當天早上預訂的酒店，房間很大很乾凈，阿姨會幫忙拿箱子，管家會有微信保持聯繫。水果，晚上的甜湯，早上的早餐都不錯。附近的水庫和茶園很美很出片，空氣清新，早晚走走還是不錯的。晚上在酒店用餐，其中一道乳鴿真的是太一般了，衞生意識方面和管家也聊過了，希望你們的服務能越來越好。
