酒店很棒，設施很新，入住當天全部滿房感覺服務也很周到，夏天避暑的好選擇，適合去待一週。特別推薦大熊貓森林學校和桐野營地

房間佈局很精緻，有個小陽台很舒服。當時進房間時電熱毯以及空調都已經提前開了，進屋很温暖，管家特別細心。管家會提前加微信，注意事項，也讓我們提出入住需求。整個安排讓人感覺很舒適，餐廳就餐還有觀光車接送，隨叫隨到，退房時還專門準備了小禮物🎁。管家小代，小高服務態度超級好，龍蒼溝之旅的住宿真是大大的點贊👍！

房間裏面挺不錯的，智能馬桶。小米電視都有，而且服務特別好。尤其是小廖管家。特別不錯。而且環境也很好。很安靜。唯一可惜的就是現在沒雪了

總體很好！早餐有點差，不符合320一晚的標準！有停電情況服務員應該口頭説下，如果不是我看見提示都不知道，顧客能提前做好計劃！入住登記處，沒有明顯的標誌，裏面也沒有人，出去問一人，幾個搞外牆的穿桌山工作服的員工給我説（難道工作人員不需要吃飯嗎）雖説是開玩笑的語氣，但是聽起來也不舒服，，，年輕人可以玩1-2晚，久了就沒意思了！比較適合老年人長住，，，總體來説在大山深處有這麼一個酒店還是很不錯的！有機會帶長者來玩
