The accommodation room is a soup house with a small soup pool. The overall facilities are very new and complete. The room is in good health and the equipment is relatively complete. In theory, everything should be equipped. It is quite good, it is worth mentioning that all the room service, soup, water delivery, door-to-door communication, breakfast delivery service staff. Including the front desk attitude is very good, and the soup is sweaty, drinking water is also more, pure water is provided free of charge, this is not bad. The quality of tea in the room is not bad. If the coffee is provided without sugar and fat, it will be better, and the cost will not increase. The bathroom facilities are good, the toilet pad can be replaced, the gym facilities are slightly thin but the equipment is working normally and relatively new. Finally, the overall experience is mainly good service, and I feel that the positioning is more suitable for parents, families, group building, gatherings, and happy customers with strong social and lively atmosphere.

The room is not bad, with children, the only downside is that the bath water is hot and cold, but it's not a big problem in hot weather. After putting down our luggage, we went to Manpu Town, where we ate and strolled, it was really beautiful. It is also very good to get up early the next morning and take the children to the hot springs. Three tickets are given to the room. Three hot spring tickets. Great value.

From the welcome to the departure everything was perfect with this stay. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the facilities, the pool, the executive lounge and breakfast were great. Special shout out and thanks to a few of the team who helped us, Aria upon arrival and Joanna with her team in the executive lounge. Definitely would recommend for the location, facilities and service. Thank you for a great stay.

great location and nice staff! would be perfect but unfortunately the A/C is not able to cool down the room properly unless you leave it turned on during the entire day (!) just to have a somewhat cool room (gets never below 23 degrees) when you return back in the evening. unfortunately, it seems that the A/Cs are switched off automatically during night time, which makes it unpleasently hot to sleep. reported the issue to the hotel and the only solution they offered us was to switch to a room facing north, which basically means that the A/Cs in all rooms must have this problem.

The hotel is in a developing part of the city. So, not a lot around it. But that’s the only disadvantage. It is a beautiful and stylish hotel. The service matched the quality. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A special mention to Rain. He helped us two times. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The room stylishly decorated. We didn’t get to swim but the pool is large. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.
