The facilities are excellent, and the hot spring bath in the room is also great! Flexible meal times, very considerate service, and the rooftop bar with a great view! The location is close to Luodong Railway Station, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It is also an ideal location near Luodong Night Market!

Location was great, right by the train station and walking distance to Luodong night market. The 經典套房 was of a really odd design — toilet is separated by glass and very see through all the way to the bidet. Probably too little privacy, even for couples. Hotel was also unable to accommodate us for breakfast as we checked in around 6.30pm — it was only a 11am seating (after check out) or opt for a cold bento set to be consumed in-room. Good hot spring hotel in the town of Jiaoxi. Eateries around the hotel. 7-11 just near the hotel. Good public hot spring baths. Comes with good breakfast daily. Room is modern design. Rooms come with their own hotspot bath facility. Good to destress after long travels in Taiwan.

Room 1104 The Hotel location is great with plenty of local eateries within a stone throw away. On check in we got upgraded (which I didn’t know until the day of check out !). Room was quite modern and spacious with a relatively big bathroom and hot spring tub, and most importantly clean! Notably this was a 4 star rated hotel , but it was one of the first time that I was escorted up to my room by the front desk staff who kindly introduced us to the amenities services the hotel offered. I had my 18months year old toddler with me , so was restricted with venturing many of the things nearby . Hopefully, my wife and I took turns in using the communal hot spring pools which was small area , but spacious and clean . In the men section there is a small balcony with some plants hiding my modesty after a few minutes hot sauna and pool plunges . Breakfast was a choice of set menus with a small semi buffet choice which was sufficient. Restaurant was located on the top floor which a nice pleasant view of the surroundings but can imagine sunset time must be amazing . The restaurant staff were attentive and polite considering my little devil running around , but all the staff from front desk , cleaners, communal spa etc were super polite and helpful towards my family and baby . For the price we paid I think it’s as good as you can get in for a short drive from Taipei City for a strong 4 star hot spring with almost 5 star services and hospitality . If this hotel had a swimming pool and their hot spring water was little heavy with the sulphur it would’ve been perfect. However , we would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back next month ! This place has become one of my favourite hot spring places already and we’ve been to many around Taiwan . I generally prefer boutique hotels as I feel they pay more attention to details on ways of design and products used. My baby got on with all the staff there and she’s picky ! Hotel very new, the “residence” has bigger rooms and is quieter. I don’t think the inconvenience is that big a problem, the peace and quiet is better The onsen tub is large and the room is very spacious and new All great

The hotel service is attentive, the facilities are perfect, the breakfast is rich, and there are many activities in the hotel. I appreciate the addition of a children's car track on the passages on the 8th and 9th floors. The children had a great time. This hotel is simply a paradise for children! Adults are taken care of. The third floor downstairs is a movie theater. You can watch it for free all day at the front desk.

The location is a little bit out of the way. If you want to go to the night market, you have to walk a short distance. The nearby sports park is very big and beautiful. You can go for a walk. The attitude of the customer service staff is very good, the breakfast is also quite delicious, with many choices. There are a lot of snacks and beef tongue cakes in the room ❤️ The sound insulation is okay when you sleep at night, but the water will be left everywhere in the bathroom when you take a shower, so you need to be careful of slipping.

The best master, the best enjoyment, the water quality of Jiaoxi Hot Spring is good, the environment is quiet and comfortable, suitable for couples and friends to gather together, a good place to relax and unwind, super recommended

It is very close to Jiaoxi transfer station and has convenient transportation. There is a coffee machine in the room, but I don't drink coffee. There is a 24-hour free supply of cookies and drinks on the first floor. There are 2 paddling pools on the top floor. The shallow area is not large and there are large stalls around it. It's a bit disappointing to watch. There are small crumbs on the floor of the room, there are some hairs on the decorative cloth ***** on the bed that I don't know what to call, and there is moss on the balcony floor. Cleaning needs to be improved. The breakfast environment is good, but the taste of the food is bland, and the quality and selection are slightly worse than those of the same level.

Simply put, it is a good business trip worth booking. I am not a hotel employee, but I arrived very late. The hotel very voluntarily extended my time to check out by an hour. This customized experience is amazing. lament
